i ordered the cool mint and the “pull” as well as flavor are very much like my vape. however, after maybe 30-40 puffs, it’s tasting completely like burnt coil. i bought the “3 month supply” so 3 diffusers. but i’m already on my 2nd one due to the burnt taste and i just got them this morning……. so it’s turned out to be more expensive than vaping.

The customer service was slow to respond but quickly took care of my problem efficiently and they were great.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and my order has yet to be shipped. I’ve sent multiple emails, DMs, comments, etc and they will not answer me about my order. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I like the vapes, but didn't want to have them on autoship. I appreciated that it was easy to cancel that when I accidentally signed up for it.

You sent me an email with two offers regarding the order I did not want. Then you took them down before I could attend to the matter. It was the holidays and things were busy. Jesus Christ be kind!

No instructions as to how to return an unopened product and another vape is on the way and I don't want it as I find I can't use a vape. Card charged - no customer service. VERY frustrating

Ordered my kit roughly 2 plus weeks ago. It finally arrived after sending support tickets to the shipper. Pure never responded to me asking where the shipment was. Their customer service is highly lacking of any type of care or urgency. The website said the product usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days which was not the case. Will never do business with th again

Their delivery method is flawed. I received the email saying my order was shipped but the parcel company shows that it is in pre-transit and the delivery date keeps changing for the past 10 days.

Truly, the best customer service ever. I do appreciate all that they have done to help me! I wish that there were more people just like this.

Best experience I've ever had I had shipping problems on top of that I wanted an extra pen I was given the opportunity to have a pen shipped to the correct address and everything was corrected on their end I'm extremely grateful for how well and professionally things have been handled I never hesitate to tell everyone about pure diffuser Co it's a great alternative if you're looking for a hit without all of the gunk in it I recommend it to all of my friends and I have been giving them out freely to the people around me that I know smoke and I've had nothing but great things to say don't hesitate it's a great purchase

I bought the gaming diffuser. It tasted burnt on the third day of using it and was extremely hard to hit. Other flavors I ordered were completely different, super easy to hit, with great flavor.

Haven't tried Pure yet. I've got four boxes of the smokums, so I'd better get moving, eh?

As soon as I let customer service know that a coupon code did not take the correct amount off of my order, they responded quickly with kindness and resolved the issue right away.
