Purebuilt were an excellent company to deal with, probably the best compliment I could pay them is to state that they were nothing like a double glazing company with a hard sell approach and a discount that was only available if you signed straight away, quite the opposite in fact, my dealings with Declan were very relaxed and calm and he left me feeling that I was in good hands, which definitely turned out to be the case. I'm truly over the moon with my new windows and doors, in a quite beautiful Irish Oak, which has left me feeling truly satisfied with my purchase and the installation by Jordan. My house is starting to feel like home again after a long period of disability and I don't think I could have been in better hands. My thanks to Declan, Jordan and Purebuilt, who operate their business with a truly personal touch.

An amazing service from start to finish!

Declan and his team were great through the whole process. Would definitely recommend this company.

My painting of my house by purebuild was done to a very high standard the finish and quality shine out Peter attended and clearly stated all work to be done this was carried out by a team and I am very happy with finished job would recommend 100% purebuild for your external painting.

My first experience with Purebuilt was when I requested a quote for full roughcast to my house. The appointment was set for 11am today. At 10.20 I received a text saying Darren was running late due to tyre issues. How many times have I arranged for workmen to come only for them to turn up 2hrs late or not at all with no communication. WELL DONE PUREBUILT!!
Darren listened to what I wanted for my roughcasting answered all the questions I had and left half an hour later leaving me with my quote.
A lesson on how it should be done.

From the outset Peter and his team did what they said they would do
They were efficient and very respectful of my property and garden - tidying up exceptionally well.
A special shout out to the 3 man team led by Steffan who completed the Roughcasting in only 3 days.
I am delighted with the end result - especially as I changed the colour for the sills - which was dealt with quickly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Firstly I just want to say that Declan and his team have been so amazing ,they came at 9 am this morning and installed two new windows for me ,the service was first class . But they went above and beyond I needed my son's bedroom window replaced quickly because he's spent the last 5 weeks in hospital having chemo after finding out he had stage 4 testicular cancer that had traveled to his lungs,liver and stomach ,so I couldn't have him coming home to a cold room ,so when I explained this to Declan he really stepped up and helped us , I'm honestly so grateful for his help with getting this window replaced quickly but also the chats and the help and advice he's given me ,I really am blow away by his kindness.

I was quite overwhelmed when we began to research what needed to be done when the back of our house showed signs of wear and tear. We got several companies out to assess and give us a quote for the work that would be required. Purebuilt were by far the most knowledgeable, but also very reassuring. We knew instantly that they were the right company. Very easy to work with, great communication, comparable pricing and extremely reliable. The guys who did the work were very hardworking and did an amazing job. We are delighted with the outcome and will have them back in a few months to get other repairs done.

Everything was handled very professionally from start to finish.

Pure built team from the scaffolders to the guys doing the rough cast to the clean up crew were amazing. They Worked hard all day till the job was completed.

Excellent service from start to finish, our house now looks and feels so much secure and warmer after 6 windows 2 doors and a patio sliding door were expertly fitted , declan was very clear what they were going to do and jordan and his team were a joy to have working in our house, you would have hardly have known they had been here when it was finished, worth every penny, thanks again team purebuilt

I had my semi detached re-rendered. The service from Purebuilt from start to finish was exemplary.
Everything regarding the process was explained in detail and some advise on the colour, finishes etc was helpful.

Delighted with workmen ship from start to finish, everything explained fully was involved with the process throughout the transformation, my home looks so different you can see the high quality materials used by pure built, the team that carried out the physical work were amazing very effective & clean tidy environment left at the end of work, after communication was brilliant to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the work that was carried out. From the moment we reached out to get a quote to the work being done, the team were nothing short of amazing. No question was unanswered and nothing was too much to ask of them. We got our quote and within 4 weeks work begun.
Communication was great throughout and always checking in to make sure there were no issues or just to see if we had any questions. The team of guys that done the roughcasting worked so hard and left everything tidy. Would highly reccomend to anyone. So much so we have asked them to do some work on our garage.

The guys did everything they said they were going to do. Scaffolding came on time, fitters came on time, tidied up and I'm delighted with the finish.

From start to finish was a great experience. Previously been put off by pushy salesman but this service was the total opposite. No pressure no rush and everything was just easy for them to help us. The communication from initial enquiry until the work was done was great with no question to big or hard for the team.
