From the initial phone call to ERG till the job was complete, the service and finish product was brilliant!

We had a phone call last minute with the team as we had another contractor cancel on us before our home report was getting done the Friday.

Call with ERG the Monday ,they had the full house roughcasted by the Thursday afternoon, pulled us out a massive hole last minute.

We will be working with them continuously going forward now after providing such a great product and service, highly recommend!

I've just had my house roughcasted by ERG. I cannot praise the team highly enough. The guys who carried out the work were absolutely great. Punctual, friendly and extremely hard working all the while they were here. Very impressed by their commitment to doing a good job.
Perfect attention to detail and excellent communication throughout. Jody always avaliable to answer any questions.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. I had my (very old) Roughcast redone at the front and back of my house and what a difference, I’ve had so many compliments on how good it looks!

The guys worked so hard - always arrived early morning & worked non-stop until the end of the day (probably not helped by being dictated by the weather here). Nothing was too much bother for them & they went above and beyond to make my house just the way I wanted it. Sometimes I felt there was a slight language barrier but one of the guys (don’t know any of their names sorry) would translate for the others.

Thank you to Nat & Jody for being so patient & putting up with my endless questions, again nothing was a bother to them.

I would definitely suggest if you’re having roughcast done to visit the yard & look at the samples on the wall. I did & took some pictures of some but they look so different in the photos than they do on display out in the natural light.

I only have one (very small) negative which isn’t a reflection on ERG at all. The scaffolding company were a bit of a nightmare as in, no communication. They arrived a day earlier than planned, erected the scaffolding at the front of the house then just left, no mention of when they’d erect it at the back. They turned up the next day, without warning & again when taking it down, just turned up unexpected. It was only an issue for me as unfortunately I live in a mid-terrace house with the only access to my back garden being through neighbours gardens & they have their back gate locked unless they’re aware that anyone needs access. It was just good luck that the guys were able to gain access when they arrived. Not a criticism on the company at all, might just be worth relaying to the scaffolding company for future jobs.

I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending this company to others.

We decided to go with ERG roofing after visiting the office and speaking to the staff. I wanted my house roughcasted with new windowsills. The process was easy from start to finish. The workmen who did the job were pleasant, hard working and efficient. The job was very well done with no debris or mess left behind.Jodie kept me well informed of the process throughout. ERG replaced my guttering and roofline. Communication was excellent, they arrived when they said they would and the men who turned up where very respectful and professional.

We were lucky enough to find ERG at the end of a long and painful experience with a local builder.
Encouraged with a recommendation to use them, and reassured with their very recent completed job at Kirkintilloch Leisure Centre, we found Marc to be very professional and fair.
The ERG team removed the botched job from the previous company, fully installed a new 120mm EWI solution, applied a fantastic acrylic based render and tied up some other loose ends, again left over by the previous company.
Our 1960s bungalow is now looking great and retaining heat just like a "new-build".
If you are looking for a solution to a poorly insulated house, I cannot recommend these guys enough! All completed on time and on budget.
I'm sure Marc even managed to juggle a few things to get our render on before the frosty nights begin!

Great value for money, with quick programming of works. Staff on site were tidy, pleasant and thorough while making sure I was happy with the finished product.

Boys came across problems with old bungalow and promptly fixed without hesitation... coffee and hot rolls and access to toilet facilities are essential.. ..great job well done erg

We decided to use ERG as we were having our roof re-tiled and fascia replaced and our full house Roughcasted and rendered we also wanted new window sills.
After searching different companies,and after reading these guys reviews we knew we’d made the right choice.

Firstly, I’d say from start to finish from the initial quote by Mark to the outstanding finish performed by the crew what a job, it has transformed my house. The team that carried out the work were incredible hard-working ,meticulous, and couldn’t be more polite. They cleared up every night and you wouldn’t know that they were here. If you want this type of work doing I would choose ERG for a stressless experience.
Given them five stars on trust pilot doesn’t tell the whole story and I’m pleased to say that there are companies out there that still do a complete job.

EWI work completed as promised with all due diligence. To a high standard and with attention to detail. All workers were absolute gentlemen with lovely and helpful attitudes, this was much appreciated.

Ours was a complex project involving new roofing and external insulation and render on a large 1960’s detached house. The project also included full replacement windows and sliding doors (21 no.), alterations to roof structure, alterations to window openings including 2 new window locations, internal structural alterations to remove a wall and internal plaster repairs, joiner work at windows and skim coating.
ERG were excellent to deal with when agreeing scope and costs, attended site continuously to push forward the agreed programme, and all operatives were highly skilled and very hard working. A project of this scale on an existing building will throw up some problem areas such as localised timber rot or availability of some materials. With the help of the experienced operatives on site we were always able to agree solutions, often with local mock up of details, and quickly move on without budget issues.
A very large project, quickly executed and on budget.

The company was recommenrded to me by a near neighbour and after trying for two years to get someone to render my chimney, I thought "nothing to lose" from my intial chat to Mariusz to the scaffoldrs then the rendering crew and job done I WOW! they were great ! AND cleaned up afterward ! 5 Star MEN and 5 Star Price
