Rob was very professional and explained all the options to me. I ordered the POE filtration and it has worked wonders. Just drinking the filtered tap water and I notice a difference. Hes highly professional and available at all times to answer questions you may have. Would highly recommend.

Just over a year now I put my trust with Rob and his company. Rob's passion and professionalism has made the daunting experience of buying a reverse osmosis system and a POE system extremely easy.
He was always available on WhatsApp when I had a questions (I had a few!) and always offered support with video calls to help explain or help me install things myself!

The 2 systems themselves work perfect - the RO osmosis makes the tap water taste just like mineral water (because it is), and the POE system makes having a shower or a bath a lot more enjoyable and if you have sensitive skin it's transformative! No more itchy and dry skin!
Initially there was a strange smell/taste with the RO tap water, not due to anyone's fault but the way the actual filters were installed. The final filter before the water reaches the glass was a volcanic mineral filter which gave the water an eggy/sulphurous smell and taste. Not to worry as Rob was on it straight away and we figured out that we just had to change the end filter to the charcoal filter to remove any odd smells or tastes. Job done, water tasted great again!
I have since been telling everyone in the neighborhood they need to get one, especially if you have children!
Very very very happy and also PROUD of having such a cool looking water filtration system in my little home, it's definitely something of a hidden feature of the house now!

A year down the line now, and we're going to be changing the filters - we've had no issues or malfunctions with the two systems!

I’ve had my water filter for over a year now and I can’t rate it higher it’s perfect for me an my family. It is cost effective as I have saved on buying plastic water bottles an have better quality drinking water with alkaline ph water.
Thanks to Rob his customer communications with me was great always available to answer my questions, offered clear and helpful guidance when my plumber was fitting along with step by step guidance, and made the whole process smooth and reassuring.

From the moment I enquired about filters the customer service has been excellent. The team were on hand to answer all my questions no matter the time or day. Even though we had a small fault with our system, Rob kindly arranged a new filter to be sent out even after the 30 days and took time to talk me through re-fitting it. The water tastes amazing and I feel comforted in the fact I’m giving my family the cleanest drinking water. I can honestly say they have been the best company I’ve dealt with and the customer service and aftercare have been amazing.

I recently had ro+alk system fitted in my house and all I can say is I m so impressed with it.i m amazed the the fact this mashine take all the bad stuff out of your water and gives your pure clean water.and I m drinking more water everyday and I feel good for it.and I don't have to spend money on water bottle anymore.i would recommend this mashine to anyone who ever thinking about getting one.and I do think everyone should get this Filtration system in there house cos, the water we are drinking isn't clean water.i would like to thank Rob who guided me to get the right system for my house.thanks again for purelife

We purchased the whole house water softener system and the HydRO+ Advanced System for the kitchen drinking water and are happy with both. The water tastes great, and even our cats and dog drink more than usual. We can tell they can’t get enough of it. Customer service is brilliant. Rob went out of his way to ensure everything was running smoothly and contacted us more than once to check. We have had many kitchen water filter systems in the past; this is by far the best, even down to the water pressure from the tap. The others were merely annoying dribbles that the manufacturers blamed on water pressure in our area. This water shoots out strong and has a more palatable and thin consistency that just glides down the throat, hydrating and leaving you craving more.  We are pleased with both systems and highly recommend the PuraLife Water Filters.

Amazing customer service and amazing filter system. Water tastes fresh and very clear, already seeing results with hair and skin. Water is lightweight and way more softer than the severe hardwater we had in our house. I really recommend investing in the POE3000 whole house filter and softener system as well as the RO+ALK System.
