Really impressed with the pulsio boots overall. After an initially fault with the right boot pulsios customer service was excellent. Picking up the query on a Sunday and organising a replacement boot straightaway. Would highly recommend.

What a great little massage gun. Loosens all of my muscles.

Great service from placing the order to receipt of the product. The leg compression system is making such a positive difference to the movement of my legs. As a stroke survivor, muscle tension and oedema impact on my rehabilitation. Daily use of the system has massively reduced swelling and relaxed the muscles.

The Pulsio Air I bought has stopped working, just after 13 months since its delivery. It was used regularly without it being overused. It was charged regularly at the correct voltage and using the USB cable supplied. Customer service had no options for any repairs and as it was just outside of the 12 month warranty, only a discount was offered for buying a new one. A £70 device should last longer than 13 months and this device, along with the £55 of accessories I bought along with it, can now be thrown in the bin! I cannot recommend buying one unless you want to throw money away. Device not working and lack of customer service. No repair options available and if the issue I am experiencing is the alleged exception, Pulsio would have the confidence in its product to replace it after 13 months even if outside of the 12 month warranty. This without implying it was the customer’s fault, who happens to have used numerous USB rechargeable devices successfully for many years without any of those other devices failing!

I bought my pulsio massager following a recommendation from a colleague, and I have to say I'm very happy with it. I generally use the heated head for quads after a tough speed session, and I find my recoveries to be much faster. No issues with the online purchase, and delivery was fast. Recommended.

These are a game changer for my recovery post long runs and bike sessions. Previously would feel efforts in the legs for a day or so, now able to do back to back sessions easier. Wasn’t sure how effective they would be, but are seriously good investment.

I have the Pulse TENS Pod but am trying to return it. I love the aesthetics but it’s basically useless to me for any serious application. I find it very frustrating to use, particularly when placed on an awkward spot. I simply can’t use it methodically or consistently. Changing the settings is very difficult. It’s extraordinary that Pulse provides no information about what the settings are.

Ordered an Air because I wanted something for travel. I loved the idea of an aluminum body, good pressure, and a long battery life. The first one arrived and wouldn’t power on. I tried charging and still no luck. When I contacted customer service they wanted a video of the device not turning on, which was a little weird but I complied. I told them I did NOT want a replacement, only a refund via their 30 day no-risk guarantee. They promptly responded letting me know a replacement would be shipped and, because they care about the environment, I wouldn’t need to return the broken one they’d sent. I replied, clarifying that I did NOT want a replacement, only my money back. Suddenly the environment was less of a concern as they delayed explaining how I could return the product, which was now required for a refund.

Due to my own constants (travel for work) I ran out of time. I was departing for a long trip that would push me past the 30-day window for a refund, so I capitulated and accepted the replacement that I didn’t want. Since I already bought a superior product from a company that stand by what they make, I guess I’ll just gift this one to someone I don’t really care for…

Good in theory, but I’ll never buy from them again and will advise others to steer clear. They’ll delay your refund and they’ll push a replacement in you, despite your wishes and their own adversed policy.
