This agency—owned by Mr. Constantin Singureanu—is run by a fraudster. I paid him over £25,000 for SEO on my website, based on the promise that within 3 to 6 months, my site would appear on the first page of Google's organic search results. After a year and a half—during which he kept stringing me along with promises that it would take "just another two months," then another two, and another two—and after I had paid him £1,200–£1,400 monthly, I told him I had run out of funds and demanded a refund since he hadn't kept his promise. And what was his response? He said that if I didn't have any more money, I had to hand over 50% of my company to him, or else he would stop the SEO work and I wouldn't get a single penny back. I had told him from the very beginning that this money came from a GoFundMe campaign for my 10-year-old son, who is recovering from bone cancer (Ewing sarcoma); I had placed all my trust in him to get my website onto the first page so I could recoup the money I had paid him from my child's fund. I had hoped my website would reach the first page and generate work for me.The experience caused me significant financial loss and emotional distress. I was very disappointed with the service. He has also stopped responding to my calls and emails.
