Creating a server was the easiest experience compared to other hosters. I've tried server hosts such as apex, but pufferfish shines as my go to. Adding modpacka is one click of a button, and managing the server's files is easy. The price is decent, but good enough that I would pay what I pay.

I had issues with getting a bedrock version to access the Java server. The owner went above and beyond with their knowledge and patients to help me get this set up with my child.

We have a large SMP and always suffered from the strain of players, we did numerous optimizations on our server but it never was enough.

We recently switched to Pufferfish host and its absolutely delivered on its promises. Server performance skyrocketed and we were able to raise our playercount by a lot.

Honestly, if you are experiencing performance related issues, its a no-brainer to switch to Pufferfish host. While it might be more expensive than other hosts, its a premium service with premium results, far surpassing any other minecraft hosting (trust me, we went through a lot)

Support is also really great, Kevin is really experienced and he is knowledgeable, he can help you with just about anything.

The server is great, I really wanted to play modded mc with friends and pufferfish was a good option. At first I had no idea how it works which is why I gave it only 4* (a tutorial would be nice) but after looking around for a few minutes I finally found how to add mods to the server and everything worked dined after that. Maybe I’m just not smart lmao.

This is a premium service that sometimes requires a premium price however premium services are always worth it.

When i say incredible customer service i mean it, service was instant and so casual yet incredibly effiencent in solving my issue. 10/10 would reccomend for support alone never mind awsome server tps and uptime

Extremely fast and helpful responses from customer support and the server seems to be amazing quality so far.

The performance you get for the price point is unrivaled, and the support is the best I've ever had. They use Discord for support, so there's no more waiting days for a reply through a ticket page like most server hosts take. I had a question about setting up a database and they responded in under a minute. Absolutely phenomenal, and I will never use another server host again.

The staff here are insanely helpful and they respond to your tickets in a fast amount of time. I cannot list how helpful they are, if you go to PebblePost they won't help you with plugins and transferring. When I wanted to transfer from Pebblehost to Pufferfish, they requested access to my Pebblehost panel and did it all for me within an hour. I 100% recommend it, and they also fixed a problem I've been trying to fix for a week.

Unhelpful support and completely misleading advertising.

Pufferfish is a great server host for hosting small or big player hold. Kevin was accommodating the entire time and helped me upgrade free space for the server! At first, I was worried there would be no customer service since it was only jack and Kevin online. However, Kevin was always online, and he instantly responded to my trouble. Very nice!

The performance of the host is great, having the extra temporary boost helps speed up starting the server and at blips of high CPU usage.

The support responds really fast and has always given a useful knowledgeable reply to resolve any requests or concerns.
