Buying the 500 dollar mystery box and a bunch of other product as a present to my brother. However, all of the products bought does not worth the price I am paying for( for example bought the 5 pack bundle but receive 3 Japanese packs and 2 perfect order which are one of the cheapest sets. I understand the bundle itself is a mystery but getting products worth even below half of the price paid is crazy to me) I am a fan who nearly watches all of their video therefore trusted them to pack a gift to my brother who is new to the Pokémon collecting hobby. But the products I receive makes me even ashamed to gifted it out. Honestly I am really disappointed and hopes they can do better

One thing you need to change is, the destination of delivery option, from "Palestinian territory" to "Israel"! Because Palestinian territory is a small part of The Israel borders. Thank you!

Update June, 2026: PTC collectibles tried to "flag" my review and have it removed, instead of learning and growing from all the 1 star mystery pack reviews 🙁. Received my $1000 mystery pack.It took longer to pack (3 weeks) than to standard ship it to Australia. It was close to the money value but none of what was asked for my sons birthday surprise was in the box. Their socials are full of moments of them packing requests, despite communication back and forth, there was nothing for this birthday surprise. The box was full of leftover Chaos Rising in 3 different forms and low level old Scarlet and Violet sets. Very disappointing, won't be doing it again.
