I bought 3 master electrician practice tests and the practice tests had almost nothing to do with the master electrician exam. It was referencing the “NESC” on questions, project management questions, and engineering questions. The master electrician exam is only on the “NEC”. It was a total waste of my time and money. AI generated test; were the practice tests even proofread by anyone with a masters license?

All was good until on my 2nd practice test, I had questions for life insurance. I was not studying for life or even taking a test on it. I was a little aggravating.

I am writing to formally complain about my experience with PSI testing.
I had a scheduled EMT certification exam appointment at the Testing Center Location. I arrived approximately 2 hours early with proper government-issued photo ID, as required. Upon check-in, I was informed that I was not on the schedule and had no appointment record.
I had previously paid the full exam fee and received a confirmation. Despite this, your staff was unable to locate my appointment. While on site, I also called your customer support line for assistance and received very poor and unhelpful service.
This error caused me to waste significant time and incur travel expenses to a distant testing location for no reason.
The company representative over the phone tried to not give their name or supervisors name, I believe DOH needs to receive multiple redundant complaints and change the testing vendor because these guys are unprofessional and cause more problems than solutions.

Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PSI. My exam has been canceled or unavailable three separate times because the testing center did not have enough staff available to proctor the exam.
If this had happened once, I would have understood that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, having it happen three times is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of planning and reliability.
As a result of these repeated cancellations, I am now being forced to contact CCI to request an extension of my testing eligibility period through no fault of my own. This has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and has delayed my ability to take an important certification exam that I have been preparing for.
A testing company should be able to ensure that qualified proctors are available for scheduled exams. Candidates invest significant time, money, and effort into preparing, arranging their schedules, and often traveling to testing centers. Repeated failures to provide the basic service you are contracted to deliver are unacceptable.
I sincerely hope PSI addresses these staffing issues so future test-takers do not have to experience the same frustration.

They asked me to show my entire home (online exam).
I paid $165 bucks for a CCMA exam it took two hours to get through to someone and I still didn't get the chance to take the exam .
When she(proctor) claimed she gave me asceses to take the exam. I was only able to see the answers and not the questions

On June 8, 2026, I drove from Houston to San Antonio to take the GB-98 exam. Despite arriving at the PSI testing facility at my scheduled time of 11:45 AM, I was turned away and told I could not sit for the exam because it would extend past their office hours. This is not my first negative experience at this location; I have previously had other incidents with the exact same staff member. While I have always found the personnel at other PSI testing centers to be highly professional, this staff member at this specific San Antonio branch consistently falls short.
