I love their jewellery. I should also mention their customer service is excellent. I had ordered some stuff from them and when I received my order there was something missing from the package. I sent them an email immediately and let them know about this. I was worried I was not going to get it on time because I was traveling and they sent it out immediately. I have nothing negative to say. Will be ordering from them again soon.

I quickly received these beautiful and elegant earrings, which I immediately put on and haven't taken off since. I've received many compliments on them. During the short time I was waiting for them, I had complete information about when and where they were. Communication with the company was pleasant and helpful. That's why I ordered another piece of jewelry, which I hope will also make me happy. 😊

The delivery was quick and the jewellery was carefully packed, the sets of bangles I bought is so pretty and unique and I actually ordered another set for a friend as a gift and she loved it.

Product Quality excellent, value for money & Customer Service staff were very friendly, helpful and Professional when needed their help to change delivery address.. highly recommend their product & business.

They spam your mobile number with SMS even if you didn't agree to it, and they don't stop once you ask them. Overpriced cheap jewellery from China.

Don’t bother. Said 7-10 working days for delivery at checkout which is fair enough for a personalised item. Once paid got an email to say can take 2-4 weeks. Arrived just after 3 weeks and looks so cheap I assume the delay was that it was made in China. I was too embarrassed to gift it to the recipient.

Actual Jewellery is nice and I feel is value for money but, when I pay for gift wrapping, just shoving the gift bag in a tiny packet thats slapped PRYA on the front of it isn’t great for when its a gift for someone, so im quite dissatisfied with that tbh especially when im paying for a gift wrapping service.

Great company look after you from ordering to delivery. The ankle braclet was lovely of a high quality and came with a lovely pouch to keep it safe .Highly recommend this company will definitely use again

Really nice jewellery. I can't afford to buy real gold. Prya jewellery is a great alternative. So far, the pieces I have purchased are not tarnishing as they promised. I particularly love the little bags each piece comes in. These will help prevent the jewellery from tarnishing when not being worn, I guess. I will be ordering more pieces for my collection and would recommend Prya Jewellery 🥰

I just love the quality of the double named necklace I ordered. It was just beautiful and I was beyond happy with my purchase.

Time frame is quite something. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and have not yet received a notification to say it’s at its final stages of the process. So it’s clear it’s still nowhere near ready for dispatch.

I’ve order from this company before in the Black Friday sale (so the busiest time of year for any company) and received that order within 2 weeks. So the generic, we’re busier than normal email that you get when you ask where your order is, is highly frustrating.
If you want your item for an occasion, I’d look at an alternate company with a much shorter time frame for delivery!

They produce really lovely pieces that are not only beautiful but also represent good value for money.

Absolutely incredible and Amazing!! Super fast delivery considering it was a special named necklace with 5 of my dogs names on it. I’m so happy with it I cried when I opened the special box in came in. The team were professional and kept me updated on the progress and time frame throughout .plus Delivery was super fast.
