I had decided to purchase a policy from a competitor, was in process of paying on line, website froze twice, with no support, no live person to speak to. I asked what companies had a live manned customer service, Prudent was recommended. After wasting over two weeks with computer glitches, I called and was signed up in 30 minutes.

Although I have not had a reason to file a claim at this time, the company has provided details of their procedures to put me at ease 😉. Their accessibility to clients is great.
