I bought a brand new heat press in May 2024 for my commercial printing business - it was broken in 3 weeks. They did send a new one and it has been just as bad - screws coming loose and breaking, the automatic release broke in a week or so, and now the main bolt that holds the top on has broken in half - it could have caused serious injury! It has been 16 months - 2 new machines and still not in working order - really is a bad investment!!

Shipped fast. Order wasn't correct but they quickly refunded but was hoping they would ship what was wrong with the order.
