This is the third time I have placed large orders with Provident. I wired the money and my order was shipped the next day and received the day after that in a box marked machine bearings. This time I order a random year Silver Eagles monster box. Coins were brand new and beautiful and all were the same year (2015). Great job as usual, Provident!

Products are good. Shipping is fast. Customer Service is cordial.

I was a client of JM Bullion but did not like the fact that I could not mail the items purchased to an alternative address. They told me to get a post office box and I did and they still would not allow delivery there. I could not complete orders on line and get delivery where I wanted it...
I live in a low crime area but did not want to take a chance on product being left in my mailbox. With provident this is not an issue.
one change I would to see is to be able to log in as a client and have my account info saved so that I can make purchases go a little quicker....

Least expensive 10 pound copper bar online because all other places sold out. Very well packaged with the lowest shipping price selected.

Excellent products, reasonable shipping time. Packaging and shipping costs could be a little better. Compared to the competition, Provident excels at having the best products. I have found their shipping costs for small orders to be the only drawback. On my last purchase the packaging for the silver bar was damaged within the mailing envelope. This won't deter me from buying from Provident again however.

Tracked my order online through USPS. After nine days wait, it appeared to be in Post Office limbo. I contacted PM. They assured me my order was insured and they would investigate.
Miraculously, the next day my order was updated online, and scheduled for delivery the following day. Great customer service!
