I live in the U.S.A. I am a retired corrections officer of 20 years. In light of recent events and news in the country I decided to purchase a Ballistic Helmet to go with my body armor. After many weeks of research and confusion about how helmets are produced I landed on PGD. I had a few questions regarding online purchasing and the warranty. I sent my email off and waited for a response. I received a response late in the evening which was probably early in the morning in Denmark. The response was from the CEO & Founder Jonas Olesen. That really impressed me and sealed the deal. If the CEO of a company is willing to respond to someone on the other side of the world about (1) helmet sale that says a lot about the company. The helmet took about a week to receive. Everything I ordered was correct and the helmet is truly impressive. I am used to riot helmets. They are bulky and uncomfortable. This helmet is light, comfortable and the suspension system is impressive. As part of my decision process I watched hours of video from people conducting their own tests on various helmets. This is a lot different than “laboratory testing.” Now hopefully I will never have to use it and it can safely grow old with me. If in fact I do end up using it I will know I have an amazing product protecting my head.

Time of response is very fast! The staff comunicate with consumers even when they are in holidays. The products are high quality. I recommend Protection Groul Danmark!

The product is as advertised. However there was some outdated (?) promotional footage and pictures on the web that showed a slightly different product design with more hinges in the protective plates' seams. That said, the protective vest I bought is worth the asking price, if first impressions are anything to go by.

Delivery was timely, all though the courier service seems to have had some issues with the shipment taking a bit longer than promised, although this is no fault of the vendor.

Quality body armor and by first-look I'll be happy with my vest for years to come. Since the protective element of the Exoskeleton vest has indefinite lifespan, I hope the vendor is able to support the product with replacement carrier fabrics and fastner straps as needed, but this remains to be seen.

I bought a delta vest size. My size is between M/L and M is perfect for me. Super light. Super comfortable. Delivery time was faster than expected. Love it but hope I never need it.
