Lucy was great with signing me up to the agency and has been helpful, patient and professional while I’m in the process of finding a role.
The rest of the team have also been amazing with supporting me and keep me updated via phone calls and emails.

Prospero London staff are friendly and professional. My account manager Kyrah is very supportive and always returns phone calls promptly. In my experience bookings are secured quickly and there are plenty of tutoring opportunities.

Prospero are a good agency. However, I did have a few problems trying to rejoin the agency after being off for a year due to sickness. But I'm back now, and so far, so good.

I have worked in the special education sector for over a decade, across many boroughs, companies and in a variety of roles. I have never enjoyed my work/life balance as much as I do now. At the start of my teaching career I had no children, I currently have four and have never had as much time at home as I do now.

Having a personal touch and feeling of care from your account manager makes a difference, as opposed to just receiving a booking confirmation email termly. Discussions on how you are doing and if you can take on more or need less hours makes you feel that your wellbeing is a main focus.

There are shared resources available online if you need inspiration or help with your planning, as well as a dedicated teachers portal with useful information.

Essentially, if you want a good company to work for with competitive pay and good support look no further.

Ben got some great positions for me which always fitted my requirements. Would recommend. 🙂
