Pleased overall with the service. Eric was excellent at following up. Total price was fair but ended up being more than originally quoted. Contracted driver did not speak English or Spanish, but very friendly. He should have had access to a translator via phone so communication at point of delivery would have been better.

Overall, my car arrived promptly as scheduled (actually early) and driver notified me at time of departure and ahead of his arrival. Car was transported in a covered trailer and arrived in perfect condition. No surprises, no nonsense around arrival times or other issues.

Would be 5 star review if not for initial pricing estimate being much lower than actual cost. Price was still fair and lower than other quotes.

Charles was great. He promised and delivered. Having my car transported from the Bay Area to Southern California over the weekend was easy with Charles’ constant communication. I’ll definitely use his services again!

My car was picked up Tuesday evening and delivered Thursday morning from Texas to Virginia. More than 1300 miles. And it was excellent service and everything was good. Robert was very helpful and updated daily on progress.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, do not ever use this company they lost my vehicle. It has been stolen from the shipper that they hired to transport it there of zero help zero service it is the worst experience ever and I have shipped many cars and have never not had it show up I had filed two police reports with two different states and this is becoming a nightmare, and it was all from their company

Update. they have done nothing to file a claim or use their insurance to help. matter of fact they misrepresented the truth to American Express which i have proof of and now Amex has reopened the claim. i have filed against their insurance and see where that gets me DONT USE THEM !!!!!!!

The great thing about this company is that they are willing to do as you ask of them to do. They are willing to wait till your car are on the driver transportation truck and then you will pay them the deposits. Once the driver gets to your drop off address then you will give him the rest of the money. That's what I like about the driver and this company. My car got to me in good condition. Jason, is the guy helped me through. He is very pilot, respectful, and negotiable.

Pro Ship Auto made getting my car from Atlanta to Florida easy! I called on a Thursday and it was delivered Saturday, even with a difficult airport situation. The driver was very nice and the company was easy to work with!

Russian sounding broker sent me quote for $310 that I agreed to. He then begins setting up an actual shipper and then I get calls from shippers wanting $1200. They said they called me because "John" wouldn't pick up their calls. I asked why shippers are calling me and trying to broker a deal without him? He then says the best he can do is $750. I told him no, and he complains that it's the best deal he can get. I told him never mind then. He calls back asking how much I can afford. I said the most I will do is $450. He said that isn't enough. Why quote me $310 then? He said that is what computer said. He came back with $650 and asked how much I can pay in broker fee. I told him $0 because I told him my max is $450 like I told him. He kept back and forth about working for free and I am a poor man and a b**ch that can't afford anything and don't understand business. I told him I don't like bait and switch games. He said I'm a poor b**ch and that its only $200 more. I said no it's double the original quote. I told him I'm done doing business with them and he keeps texting me which I have to block.

This company really help me and I'm happy with my vehicle. Giving thanks to Thomas Johnson for being MVP.

Delivery was simple. Took some time to get it scheduled but that was only because of the item I was shipping. The 4 wheeler was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I would definitely use them again.

First, they take a CCRD assuming you are paying for the entire cost. No mention on the contract that you need to pay the driver cash upon delivery.
Then for the deposit they changed me sales tax for a tax exempt service.
Communication was not as told. Driver was supposed to call 30 minutes before pick up. Not done he called when he got to the pu spot.
Terrible company to work with.
