I have been using ProRealTime for years now without any problem. The platform is very stable and upgrades are published with every new version of it. ProRealTime is very user friendly and in case you need to contact the support they respond in a timely manner.

Using 2 years for futures trading. Very reliable and user friendly platform with fast data. Direct phone contact with account manager, who is always ready to help.

Really good customer service based in Europe, accessible by phone too. They are responsive and helpful.
The software is easy to use and works great.

It offers many good features and multiple windows in the free version which is better than the competitors who are expensive. Many practical indicators for understanding the market. Looks like they added pre and post market data in the free version. 5 stars for that.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing ProRealTime's trading platform and their outstanding customer support, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed.
From the moment I started using ProRealTime, I found the platform to be incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. It offers a wide range of features and tools that cater to both beginner and experienced traders alike. Whether it's advanced charting capabilities, real-time market data, or customizable indicators, ProRealTime has it all. The platform's seamless integration with various markets and brokers further enhances its appeal.

Great software, constantly being upgraded and improved.

Tech help has sometimes been patchy/delayed, but more recently has been good - I think it depends on how complex the question is.

For reasons I never understood, they don't have Asian markets in their data feed.

I'd be hard-pressed to name a trading software package with better capabilities than Prorealtime.

How refreshing to find a Company that says it will provide customer support, gives you a person (Coline) to phone or Email if you have any problems such as setting up the platform and is actually there on the end of a phone to help you.... brilliant!!!

I have been using PRT for a while. I have been working with v11 and nowadays with the new v12. They add some new features help to visualize info. The scalping tools are very friendly. The graphics are great.

I would like to highlight the support. You can easily get it through phone and mail (many thanks Alex Fayos, Victor Chasselat and all the people in the phone´s support).

If I miss something, I could say I miss a tool and permissions to work with "American options". It could be great to trade and scalp US-ETFs such as QQQ-SPY and son on. I hope we could get it soon.

I'm using PRT more than 5 years, and it's one of my best tools. For graphics, for Futures trading, and also for support. Recently, PRT adds some new very useful and helpful tools. I can only recommend ProRealTime and recommend to take time to learn how to use it properly.

I am so happy with the quality of the trading platform. It's so robust, takes very minimal system resources and the interface is very intuitive. Trading is so reliable through PRT system and enjoyable. Customer service and support is top-notch. The team are always seeking to improve and listen to their clients. After trying so many trading platforms, this has become my main daily driver in trading Futures. Rebate credits are so helpful to cover data subscription - very clever offer by PRT.

EXCHELLENT IN ALL THE WAYS
Support is excellent it will clear all the question that you have and support you in everything that you need.

As a charting platform it has no equals that I know of, sure there’s TradingView out there, but as a matter of fact Prorealtime works simply better in my experience, espetially for traders working on multiple timeframes, way more professional, has many very important things that Tradingview doesn’t (i.e. ticks timeframe, or quarterly and yearly and custom timeframes).
Been using a lot the market replay new function to backtest, and sure some bugs are still coming up every now and then, it’s not perfect 100%, but usually they get resolved on their own by closing and reopening either the market replay or the whole platform.
If they do not, writing to the assistance is quick and easy, they always were quick in fixing program related issues (usually in about a week or so) and much quicker if it’s user related issues.
Plus the customer care is amazing, been treated very well by Elvira!

Great platform for charts, just DON'T trade through the platform. They either make money on the large spread or don't get you the best spread. Trade through your brokerage account.
