My complaint is that the name of the company "Pro REAL TIME" doesn't align with the service it provides. For equity intraday trading, LIVE DATA is imperative. No one can trade with delays, and unfortunately for NYSE+NASDAQ exchanges, there's a 15-minute delay. An option to pay for the service should be available, since we know Nasdaq charges a fee.

Been using this software for a number of years now.
No hesitation in recomending this software and the service offered. All my queries have always been dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction throughout.

Well done, ProRealTime, for an outstanding product.
It is easy to use while also being very malleable, enabling all sorts of analytics and configurations.
The charts are clear, and it's just fabulous that the free version also incorporates all of this and live feeds on many assets.

Simple free easy to use and simply the best, have been using it for years now

I was on TradingView, 30 million subscribers. My annual license was coming up. I had questions and tried to communicate with somebody at TV. Impossible. Only received no-reply emails to my questions. Leave it at that. I did and went searching for alternatives to TV and found ProRealTime. Excellent platform. Superb charting tools. AND, it comes with human contact, voice and email. Brings me to high calibre Elvira Gellens, my account Manager; knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful. She responds to emails right away, with the time zone differences. Phone calls not a problem. I am so grateful like a sailor breaking into blue sky, calm water and wind at my back. ProRealTime and Elvira – you are great. Thank you.

Its a great trading platform, very user friendly. You have many configuration options, clear nice looking charts. It would be good to have a wider range of brokers. Great and polite customer service. I miss only one thing in trading automation. Trades are executed on next bar if conditions are met.

Using the interface between PRT and Interactive Brokers is great! I had an initial problem making the connection and Coline called me direct and fixed it all for me. She was very kind and helpful, also very knowledgeable. The charting features are second to none, with never any problem with the datafeed. Highly recommended.

I have been using these charts since 2005, right from the time of their inception. I have always found these charts really nice. They meet all my needs. These charts are clear and have plenty of options in settings . What you cannot find in any other charting service is the chart proportions ratio to the candles is always perfect even though you zoom in/out , make the charts big or small, expand it contract it . This also applies to the the sizing of the candles to the side scales. Lot of indicators. No extra charges for smaller time frames, incl ticks.
My suggestion , for further improvement, conceptually 80 % of the traders , be it stock, Forex, Futures , Options use only 10% of the hundreds of products available to them. If you make packages of what the majority of trades want and normally trade , it will make it economical and convenient for both the provider and the trader.
I will recommend everyone to try these charts and check out for yourself.

I use the prorealtime platform for a short period trying to build a trading system. My experiece was absolutely positive as the platform is user friendly and also the customer service (Mrs Elvira Gelens ) was very gentle and helpful.

I have been using ProRealTime charts for a considerable period of time and it is far and away the best charting platform out there. It is infinitely customisable and offers a phenomenal range of technical indicators and that’s without me utilising anything like the full range of its capabilities! No other retail platform scales and displays charts in such a way as to enable the analysis price movement as well as ProRealTime does, not even close! It is utterly invaluable to any serious trader! (Make sure you download “ProrealTime Trading” as opposed to the standard “ProRealTime” in order to get charts priced to 2 decimal points. Genuinely excellent customer service too. 10/10 from me! Could not manage without it!

I found ProRealTime by accident...and I'm happy that I did. I've traded for years, and this is the best platform I've ever used. Easy to trade from the charts, excellent data feed. The market replay is excellent as it allows practice reps using the same entry techniques I use when trading in real-time. No more 3rd party applications for market replay. I'm learning to day trade and their market replay is a must have learning tool. I'm based in the US and Elvira Gelens does an excellent job proactively staying in touch, answering questions, and provides great customer service. Extremely pleased with the platform and the service. I wish I'd discovered ProRealTime sooner.

Besides offering a very well designed app, prorealtime also provides an excellent customer support. Objects in my charts replicated themselfes and the charts became dysfunctional. I contacted the customer support, and despite using the free version the team looked into my issue and solved it timely and to my satisfaction.

It is quite a unique trading platform that is user friendly and enhances trader's perception of the market which boosts performance and overall outcome. I however wish they could bring more trading brokers especially US based like Ninja trader which is used by many futures traders

I recently opened a new ProRealTime account, and I am beyond impressed with their platform and customer service. ProRealTime is an incredibly professional trading platform, perfect for trading and chart analysis. The interface is very intuitive, making it easy to navigate even for newcomers.

A special mention to Elvira, the ProRealTime representative, who was extremely professional. Despite being based in France while I’m in the USA, she took the time to answer all my questions and guided me through the entire setup process. She ensured everything was working smoothly.
