I have just completed my mortgage today and have been very happy with the service.
I have been dealing with Nina throughout my journey. Communication has been excellent and I have been kept in the loop throughout.
Re mortgaging can be a minefield
There were times I was a little but lost in the process but Nina was on hand to put things in to layman's terms to help with my understanding.

I can not fault this company/team. Absolutely streamline from start to finish. Offered me good options for my remortgage and even had a rate drop within the process.

Very friendly, professional, open and honest. I felt very comfortable talking but my financial situation.

Communication was excellent throughout the whole process even during holiday periods and staff changeovers (due to maternity leave) I felt the handovers were excellent so it meant I never had to chase or start a conversation again with somebody new as everyone was up to speed on my case before speaking to me.

The whole team Michael, Ciaran, Jessica, Nicole and Nina worked effortlessly thank you all so much.

I will definitely continue using Green Mortgages in the future and would highly recommend to anyone.

Harry and Amy were both fantastic. My case was not simple,but Harry came through and found me a great mortgage deal with a decent provider. The follow up effort from Amy after offer was efficient and dedicated. They took a lot of stress off my shoulders and 6 months after completion, I am still eternally greatful for everything that they did to help.

Everyone we spoke to through the process was super helpful, and Nina who looked after us through most the process was superb and highly professional. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future and highly recommend them.
