Very prompt response to our initial enquiry, and an equally prompt response when we modified our enquiry. Thoroughly satisfied with the service, the outcome of our request, and the final ticket price !

I used the services of Propeller Travel for the first time earlier this month and have used them again today, both times for multi sector flights involving a BA upgrade award which complicates the booking and can delay the process.

Fantastic service and how a travel agent used to be and still should be. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you for the personal and pre-emptive touches when booking my hotels. Added benefits are nice, but personal service and getting things right are just as important in these days of self service, lower costs travel.

I used Propeller for a complex travel itinerary put together using Flight Matrix and they have been great. One of the airlines made a schedule change which resulted in one of our connections being impossible and Propeller have handled this impeccably. Thank you to Daniel and Ruby.

It's a shame that there isn't a 10 star option. I have been travelling for many years but this by far the best, fastest and most cost effective service I have ever seen. Really cannot recommend them too highly. Literally amazing for both flights and hotels!

Excellent. Ruby was so fantastic and communicated with me at every step of the booking process. They found me a fantastic ticket to use my GUF 2 voucher - and I would use them again hands down.

Propeller have helped me with 2 British Airways GUF flight bookings to date and their service has been fantastic - including bookings, general queries and change to itineraries.
