However, we have not heard back from you.

We noticed that the PDF that you submitted for proofreading contained unselectable text, as it appears to be a photocopy of a document. Because of this, the proofreader could not use the standard insert and strikethrough markup tools on the text. Instead, they had to highlight phrases to indicate where edits should be made. In the future, we recommend that you ensure your document contains selectable text so that the editors can use the standard markup tools on the text.

We want to assure you of the high-quality editing the proofreader has applied to your document. The editor made a total of 85 revisions. This, in turn, comes out to 1 edit every 15.2 words. It appears as though your document has been substantially edited for grammar and overall flow/content.
