I think it's a really good company. And the school where I am is really nice and beautiful. The whole 'package' with food and everything has a good prize/quality ratio. But before the journey there were some problems wich you could make easier or remedy.

I am staying 6 week in total in Lyon. Pro Linguis send me the information about my host family very quickly, which was very useful in order to get in touch with my hostmum. She is very nice, lovely, helpful and we get on well with each other!
The school has a lot of different nationalities and age group, so it is very interesting to get to know each other. I think the school should be more strict with "French only", because there are a lot of people speaking the native language. Furthermore the school should include breaks, because it is not possible to concentrate for more than 1.5hours without a break! They have some nice activities like Sightseeing-tours, information about different specialities of the city (wine, cheese, patisserie etc.) and you can participate at 2 lessons/week for free.
All in all I am glad that I booked with Pro Linguis! They were friendly and helpful and made a good offer for my stay.
But the school should improve some issues: breaks, provide books for the preparation for the exam and some employee should be more helpful.

PS: In my opinion the preparation for the DALF C1 exam should consist of more lessons: All in all, I had 10h group lessons per week (with C1 level, but not a specific preparation for the exam) plus 2hours individual lesson twice a week. I would recommend to create "DALF preparation classes" or to inform the DALF-student to buy the "100% réussit"-book, which is very helpful to figure out the structure of the exam, it contains a lot of good advices and information about the different parts ("production écrite/oral, comprehension écrite/orale).
Nevertheless, after having written the exam (this morning), I have a good feeling. (You need 50/100 points to pass, which isn't a lot.)

I spent 2 weeks in the school in Marciana Marina (Elba) IT, and like every time, it was really a pleasure to study there! I will go again next year.

I've been in Lyon for one week now and stay here one more week.

I really appreciated the counselling interview with pro Linguis. They were very helpful and patient!

However, I am unfortunately not satisfied with this school here in France. Due to too many people they have to change classes from the morning class to the afternoon class. Sadly it happened to me. But not only this was the case, also one of our teachers was non-satisfying. Her lessons were very borring and she is always interrupting us while speaking to correct us which annoyed us very much. She explained things way too long instead of in a short sentence even though everyone understood it. She treated us like little kids and was sometimes angry with uf when we said something wrong or did not know a word. That really discouraged us.

Nevertheless, the other teachers were great, I love my hostfamily(!!!) and there were not many german-native speakers. At least not that much as in other schools.

I had a lot of fun during my trip and everything was organized very well.

It's been now 4 years that I'm booking my language schools through Pro Linguis, and it is just a blast. I'm doing most of it on the phone, they are crazy fast and really concerned about the students and the problems they might encounter. Can't recommend this agency enough.
