By far the best travel platform in the WORLD! I'm a Genuis Level 3 at booking and highest tier at Hotels.

I've never experienced anything like Entravel - the service is outstanding. As if you had your own concierge - the customer help desk is responsive 24/7 on WhatsApp and Telegram. The prices are MUCH cheaper than any other platform!

And I've now onboarded 10+ friends to the platform who has been using it consistently for 1+ years. Everyone is so happy with it.

Last, but not least. What really stands out here - in times of challenges (such as the recent Iran/US/Israel war), Entravel refunded even non-refundable bookings. Not in a matter of weeks, or days. But in a matter of hours. Literally had refunds processed in 20 minutes from putting in the request.

I would like to share my absolutely sincere review of Trustee Travel. I travel a lot and have used many different travel agencies, but I have never experienced this level of service anywhere.By mistake, I entered the wrong travel dates and booked a non-refundable rate. I understood perfectly well that it would be almost impossible to change anything, but I still decided to try and wrote to the Trustee travel support team. I honestly expected a standard reply: “You confirmed a non-refundable, non-changeable rate. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.”
But the way the Trusteetravel team handled my situation genuinely shocked me. For five days, they stayed in touch with me, writing almost every hour, reassuring me, explaining every step they were taking, and telling me not to worry. I have never received this level of attention and care from any company.
And I want to repeat: the rate was non-refundable. They had every right to simply tell me that nothing could be done. But instead, they made the impossible possible, they changed the booking dates, personally called the hotel, checked whether everything went through successfully, confirmed that the hotel was ready to welcome me, and only after receiving a written guarantee from the hotel did they send me the final confirmation. They worried about my trip more than I did.

I am incredibly grateful for this. I sincerely recommend everyone to use Trustee.
First, they truly have the best prices.
And second, the level of customer care regardless of the category of the hotel you book is exceptional and rare.

And we are talking well-known international hotel chains.
