Very pleased. My screen protector was damaged due to the shippers/deliverers. I emailed Proleep and Alex the customer service specialist replied promptly. He sent a new one out right away. Very pleased! I also got a new black dash to cover my wood dash and I am very happy.

Dash cover fits nice but shipping was horrible.

I ordered from Proleep and paid for expedited (4 day shipping). It has been 21 days since my order and they still have not provided the product to FedEx or provided an explanation for their failure to deliver the product.

Reasonable quick delivery and the cup holders fit ok. They could be better as small gap in centre part but they do a good job.

Ordered, Arrived Quickly and it is exactly as described. Great experience!

Overall, I'm happy with the console covers. It's definitely an improvement from the original (not sure what Tesla were thinking of when they came up with that).

One of my pieces arrived defected. It was significantly rougher than the other two. Thankfully, Proleep responded super quick and they re-sent the console covers free of charge. Which I thought was amazing.

When they are cleaned they do leave behind little marks, but these can be easily removed with a fabric cloth. And like I said, still a big improvement from the original glossy black finish.

Looks smart, easy to apply. I'm happy!

I am sorry but I have been waiting for like a month for my order. It was only because I asked that I got an email reply saying "we don't have an ETA for your item yet". Any reasonable establishment would have just refunded for the item with an apology. I have received a notification of dispatch but in fact that turned out to be just a notification that the item was supposed to be dispatched by their shipping partner. Communication is scarce and not clear. And I still I have not got a clue of whether I will get my item or not!

They look and fit great. Look OEM, big improvement if you don't prefer the wood look. The new matte finish does show fingerprints easily, something to know up front.

Fast shipping to WA state. Package was wrapped securely. Easy installation and excellent fit for the dashboard and door covers.

Look and feel of the dashboard cover is nice. Its one piece not like the cheap versions with a cut in the middle.
Shipment in just a couple of days, easy to install.

Ordered a dashboard & door cover for my model 3 Gen 2 and I must say, this is by far the best product I have seen so far. The quality of the product is great and looks very premium for the price plus, the item was well packaged and arrived within a week.

I had a slight issue with my dashboard cover but Cessa has been very supportive and resolved the issue straight away!

I will be purchasing from Proleep again once they launch more products for the model 3 :)

Disappointing experience, for Christmas a Model 3 screen protector was purchased as a gift. It was delivered as a typical dropship product and this for an expensive price compared to other competitors. The product was already broken or broke instantly during the correct application (you can't do much wrong).

However, if you contact support, you are ignored. I have been waiting for a simple answer for over a month....

Black out kit for the gen1 model3. Great price and excellent quality. Easy to fit and looks great. Shipped quickly to the UK. Will definitely use PROLEEP again.

Parcel arrived timely but tape was not sufficient to glue. After sending some pictures I received stronger tape which worked.
Unfortunately the parts doesn’t fit very well so if you want a perfect replacement I will not recommend it. I can live with it though..

Centre console Matt black cover Tesla model 3 Gen 1, although could have been a nicer fit if made a millimetre wider but a what a well made product; looks fantastic.

Great customer service. A product arrived with some damage (presumably from shipping) and the issue was resolved very quickly with good communication from Proleep.
