Project solar not to be trusted
I was bombarded with lots of calls to sign up with lots of promises.
Now I have it all installed I’ve been dropped like a hot potato.
They done damage and I can’t get them to come and repair it.
I have made a few calls to various people regarding it and all I get is it will be put on urgent.
However I’m still waiting. If I knew then what I know now I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge poll.
I am very upset and angry as it’s a lot if money.
All I want is the damage they done repaired.

From start to finish the service has been excellent
From start to finish the service has been excellent. The product was explained clearly. No hard sale pressure. After deciding to have the installation work done. The scaffold and panels were installed with care to my property all electrical systems fully explained. Once the work was competed with 2 hours i had a courtousy call asking if everything was ok. It was also explained that the scaffold would remain for a short time "just in case" of any problems. There is also advice on swithing energy providers to solar. I cant fault any of the service from this provider. Highly recommened .

Installation went well, work men arrived early and prep and safeguard the environment, job was done with professional touch. App install on my phone I can track my energy flow from solar panels to battery and supply to house and grid amazing stuff.

Quick installation, great service, & already reaping solar benefits
I found Project Solar via a moneysavingexpert tool that went out to solar companies on your behalf. PSUK were the only company that got in touch with me. I had an initial visit March visit to assess the house and work out the right kind of setup.
A few weeks later - mostly due to our availability - we had a second visit to finalise the package and get booked in. Both salespeople were professional, friendly, and not pushy at all. The #1 thing that convinced us is the first-year generation guarantee and subscription to various regulation schemes. You don't do this unless you truly have nothing to hide as a company!
The installation itself was painless and done in under three hours! I will admit that the scaffolding company (not PSUK themselves) messed us around a bit and I had to do more than I thought to get a time and date when they could do it.
The monitoring app and system itself has worked great since they put it in; I can't imagine not having the panels and battery now. It's a great investment for your house given the current utilities climate.

Nearly perfect
Our surveyor was open about the package and detailed in what we would be receiving. Very friendly installers who worked quickly and talked through everything clearly.
The only criticism would be that the scaffold firm were very late and the structure is still here over a week later.

Fast and detailed consultation and installation was quick and this was beneficial as I just transitioned to using an electric car. All seems to be working well so far so time will tell really. The staff are friendly and ready to help over the phone especially Gurpreet who is quite detailed.

It did take 3 attempts to have the solar fitted. But when Craig and Gary arrived on the 3rd attempt all the way from Exeter we were really pleased with how friendly and helpful they were and how neatly they completed the work..
