Solar panels and battery installation.
Ben and Frazer installed and set up our solar panels and batteries. They were very good at communication and arrived on time, they had everything set up very quickly, left no waste and did a very neat job. We are very pleased.

Good but could be better
We were kept informed on what was going to happen and when. The installers were a great bunch of guys who were friendly and worked hard. The pre installation engineer/ salesman was knowledgeable informative, and happy to answer questions. Unfortunately our first installation appointment was cancelled by Project Solar with a day's notice but then someone was going to try and do the same with our next appointment - we had to point out this was not acceptable given this had already happened abd we had the scaffolding up partially blocking access to our house and garage

Scaffold turned up3days early which…
Scaffold turned up3days early which ment our daurgters hen party had to be held inside.
Batteries and inverter didn’t go where originally agreed do to not being enough space although surveyed.
New position is now outside and needs a internet signal booster due
To being further away from
the router which project solar have said they will provide.
No manual /data provided with the inverter or batteries had to request form
.project solar now received.
Need scaffolding to be gone ASP due to stopping Tv Sky signal was told could be up to 14 days.
On site teams very helpful and clean

Transfer of ownership take forever
Bought a house with solar panels installed by Project solar. Took $60 for transfer of ownership however it wasn't include any physical check but a phone call. And back and forth already 2 months just to set up an account to access the online app, which it is not yet set up til now.

I had three very nice and polite gentlemen come and install my solar panels on Saturday in some rather awful weather. Adam, Dave and Jevon did a good job and completely cleared up behind them. Any questions I asked were answered and information was given freely. I would thoroughly recommend this install company.

Solar Power cables moved outside Electric box
We had to have cables to our Electric box moved so that Octopus could fit a Smart Meter.
So they asked if Project Solar could arrange for the work to be done.
Today, Nyron Nembhard, one of their engineers, came out to us. He did a brilliant job, very neat and nothing was too much trouble.
He's very professional and friendly. Thanks Nyron.
