Elite blaster dryer
Although I did not speak to a person, I ordered on-line, the process was easy. The item was delivered well packaged and safe. Delivery was swift. The item itself is excellent. As a criticism the plastic feels flimsy, but any firmer or thicker then the item would be heavier so a trade off. All in all I am satisfied the the blaster dryer.

Great to deal with.
Really helpful. Courier was delayed in bad weather. Replacement sent out immediately and lost one was tracked down and returned.

Not very responsive.
I emailed 3 working days ago to arrange a return and still not heard back. I called today too but no answer. The answer message said you respond to emails within one working day.
Delivery was all good, just need to return as the trimmer doesn’t do what I need it too.

Quality product (except the plug!)
Dog bath arrived very quickly. It is excellent quality and relatively easy to assemble. The only small negative is the plug, water gradually seeps out, so I think we will need to find a replacement. The bath can accommodate two working cocker spaniels together and they are happy to go up the ramp and straight in!

I have just checked which item your review relates to and I just wanted to check you have the the plug inserted correctly, the screw needs to be removed from the middle of the plug hole/drain and the top part lays flat in the bath hole and the pipe screws in from underneath the bath.
