Great tool for advertisers and agencies
We were looking for a CSS partner to save 20% on Google Shopping CPC's for clients at our agency OMcollective. And I have to say; ProductHero is a great match! The ontboarding is quick and easy, the account manager is helpful and has the expertise to advise, and finally PH also has a lot of interesting blog articles. With all of this and the extra tools in the pro plan ProductHero gives us a real advantage over the competition. Which our clients think that's great!

Apologies for the late reply. We weren't active on Trustpilot yet and thus missed this message. As you might know, we are a comparison portal and not a webshop. Unfortunately, we can't help with refunds/deliveries. If you have questions about delivery you can contact the webshop where you ordered the product.
Really bad service
Really bad service. Not reacting on any mails to their support. We wanted a free trial 30 days. We did not use the premium pack and want to downgrsde to the lowest product. We have tried mailing them numerous times but no answer. Beware, you cant downgrade your product license online, that means the next time they will try to bill us we need to contact our Bank to neglect the payment. Hoax company. As a Google Partner ourselves we are going to contact Google to inform them about this CSS partner. They should not have this status as a CSS partner.
