Item "not loaded onto van" - 3 times so far ....

Product Care is a scam. I ordered a fridge in the middle of May. Product care have given me three delivery dates so far. Each time the day comes and goes. No sign of my order. Delivery is marked as failed on the app. Each time I have to reach out to them for an explanation. Each time "it wasn't loaded onto the van" - "I don't know why it's the warehouses fault". No ownership of the issue. No explanation why. Clearly a fault in their process given it's happened _three_ times.

Will seek a refund from the original seller.

Productcare's trustpilot scores states that they respond quickly to all negative reviews but thats just to post the same useless stock message to each review. I'm not sure that they even read them first. It's probably some kind of bot (which I would imagine is against Trustpilot T&Cs). They will probably reply to this saying .....

Driver refused to deliver our fridge while still on property!

Ive been waiting for a fridge delivery for over a week. We are a family of 7 as we take care of elderly poorly parents.

We are in a heat wave with no fridge. We were told that our delivery window was 7am to 7pm. I missed two calls this morning but looked out the window at 7.14am. I could see the white delivery van on our driveway. I immediately called the driver to apologise for not answering and would he please turn around and deliver our fridge/freezer. He refused and said he had knocked on the door ( not my door) the neighbours door. I politely asked please please turn around. He point blank refused and said he won't as the delivery was declined. Where is the customer care and kindness? A little leeway as it was very early and we are using cooler boxes to keep fridge items cold. We now have to wait another whole week. Treat others how you would like to be treated. Another hard week ahead.

Ryan Hill and Ethan Morris delivered & install a washing machine. Really knowledgeable and approachable guys who did a great job delivering and installing the washing machine on a really hot day. Thank you so much guys.

Actual delivery date was 23/06 but for some reason I can't select that date in the list of options so selected 22/06.

Lee G & Theo did a great job of taking away our old American fridge freezer and installing a new American fridge freezer.
They were very friendly and professional and no damage was caused to the new appliance or doorways dispite being a tight fit!

Professional Service

Lee G and Theo delivered our NEFF on Friday 19th. I had a call to say they were on their way. The delivery was quick and efficient. Both were very polite. I am very happy with the service we received.

Friendly, efficient delivery

My upright freezer was delivered within the time slot notified the previous day. Lee G was friendly, efficient and professional, removing the packing material and placing the freezer exactly where I wanted it in my garage. He even pointed out the wheels on the appliance which I should possibly not have noticed but which might be very useful.Thank you.

Letting two strangers into your home can become an enjoyable experience

Letting two strangers into your home could be an unnerving experience. Not with Alexander and Richard today. Professional, genuinely friendly and both worked very hard to ensure no damage was caused removing and installing a washing machine. It was a difficult space to manoeuvre in and they were both working hard, carefully whilst having a conversation with me. I have nothing to suggest that they do next time they do a job. Would happily have sat with them both having a cup of tea after.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Ordered a fridge from Argos and it arrived damaged. The door was dinted and scratched. Contacted argos and a replacement was arranged. Booked a delivery slot but it didn't arrive. It hadn't been put on the van. Frustrated but these things happen. Rebooked the delivery (8 days later!) and guess what, the second delivery also failed because the fridge wasn't put on the van! Eventually they delivered the fridge 2 days after the second failed delivery attempt. Customer service wasn't particularly apologetic, I found the lady I spoke to after the 2nd failed attempt quite condescending. The guys who delivered were great though.
Overall a very negative experience and one I hopefully will never have to experience again.

Great Technicians

My new washing machine was delivered today from costco by Lee G & Theo. The delivery, removal and installation was Stellar. Very respectful to my family and property going above and beyond and giving great product care advice once they had been told the reason for the replacement.
