Information provided about the delivery was accurate.
Delivery was swift, efficient and with great care. Shaun Mc and Neil D went above and beyond in making sure my parents dishwasher was delivered and ready for them. They were polite, cheerful, helpful and careful in their task (despite the heat!) and showed respect, compassion and good humour to my folks. Thanks guys, hope you had a good rest of day.

Karl and Brad delivered my new Bosch machine at the prearranged email time on Saturday at 0639hrs, made helpful suggestions and made the whole delivery quick and easy. Highly recommend.

The two lads that came out were polite cheerful and helpful. They even removed the box for us . Thanks lads.

Excellent service

I had a very large American style fridge freezer delivered. The service I received from Neil and Jack was excellent. They removed the doors, transported it very carefully through a very narrow corridor and reassembled it in the kitchen, connecting it to the electricity and water, even overcoming a different plumbing connector. They did it all with professionalism and good humour. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Big shout out and thanks to Shaun Mc, the driver who delivered our new fridge this morning. Good communication (he called twice to let us know when he was arriving), and then helped with the unpack and getting it into the right space. Greatly appreciated 👍

Good and efficient work - however order was over three hours late. Deliveryman was working solo which likely contributed to delay.

Lee G was brilliant, called to make sure he was in the right place, had a chat, super friendly and helpful, took all the rubbish on.

I bought a RHCH2001G heater from them through one of the main retailers in the UK, but Product Care Services Ltd were the ones that dispatched it.
It arrived opened, and had fingerprints and stains on the top control panel, also the heater makes weird clanking sounds when it oscillates.
I contacted them about it immediately, and instead of replying, the sent me a CS survey to another email from that in which i contacted them, asking me how pleased i am, when they are clearly aware i am not pleased.
