Giuseppe installed our washing machine today. He also took the old one away. He was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick but very thorough. He even waited as I was running late. Great engineer. Would highly recommend!

Lee G came today to deliver our new ovens. He was very friendly and courteous, asked where we like the ovens putting and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lee.

Excellent customer service - Warren our Technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took great care ensuring our dishwasher was fitted carefully making sure it was level, working and fitted properly, old one taken away, with no disruption to our kitchen. Arrived on time and Company kept us updated throughout. Definitely recommend, thank you!

First time in a long, long time a delivery guy hasn’t left a large item on my door and said they aren’t allowed to help carry it in so taking it upstairs was a huge bonus!!! Thank you

Shockingly inefficient, unreliable and untrustworthy. These people were commissioned by Miele to install a new oven, to take away the packaging from the new one: they failed on all counts leaving us with no oven after they took away our old one. Do not trust these sharks to come through your doors with any delivery from anyone. We have referred our complaints to Miele whose excellent reputation is under threat from these scam-artists and their empty promises.

Great service buying a new freezer. Had an issue with delivery dates but customer service helped me get it sorted very quickly. The delivery driver Gurpreet loaded it in for me and checked it was all good.

My chest freezer and under counter fridge was delivered by Lee G with in the time slot given, all packaging was removed and taken away. Both items placed exactly where we wanted them.

Thank you Neil D and Daniel for your determination and professionalism in overcoming significant installation challenges and completing the installation of our washing machine. Unseen obstacles made the installation far more difficult and time-consuming than anticipated but Neil used his experience and demonstrated his determination to see the job through. We were delighted by the service provided by Neil and Daniel and highly recommend them.
