Engineer Gaffiy was really helpful and did not give up on our printer

Purchased the Procolored F13 DTF printer and I absolutely love it! Print quality is great and the pictures are vibrant in color compared to others DTF printers. This printer is so easy to use and maintain. I live everything about it and it’s super happy with the print quality. This is a game changer for my small business. Thank you Procolored.

K13 lite Printer is great. Oven came in dinged and damaged. Took a lot of back and fort for help but eventually taken care of for compensation. Hoping they follow through with promised compensation.

I started an online chat for support, and I was taken care of right away. Quick fast service and Tony was very patient and helpful answered all my questions. I cant wait to start my DTF journey. I fell that if I run into any problem I will be taken care of ASAP. Very much recommend Procolored.

I have had my pro colored for just about seven months. I have had more issues with it than anything else not printing right clogging and now I had to repair everything and get all new stuff and I’ve been waiting over four weeks for it. I am unable to contact anybody because nobody is obviously there I get hung up on the phone. I get told my order has not been found which I clearly have a receipt for and then I’m also told nothing when I communicate with the AI message board says there are people are off-line so who is the customer service for this company? Who is the CEO? Maybe a lawyer should be involved on this Because this obviously is not a true company if it’s gonna be taking my money and not sending me my product.

Procolored is a great and amazing product, I bought a p13 and it's the best thing that's ever happened to my business, the software is quite user-friendly and if questions arise, the technical support is always ready to help and solve, they are very kind, understanding and professional!

Completely impressed by the company, and product. Beautiful color options and honestly the customer service was what truly set this company apart from the rest! I had trouble (due to my company) the representative logged in and remotely did everything for me. I can’t wait to see what other products I end up with in the future!

This is only the second time that I've had to contact customer support at procolored in the last year. (Both times because of things I did rather than the machine itself.) Every engineer and customer service person I worked with was extremely helpful and did everything they could to get me back up and running.

I recently received my ProColor V11 Pro in the mail and this thing is a BEAST. I work with artists all over the world and we will be using this to create more Trading Cards through Collectabees LLC!
I immediately had an issue after setup (user error) and the support staff had it set straight in no time!

I also received the P13… First of all, the installation is unnecessarily complicated — for anyone without some technical knowledge, it’s a complete waste of time right from the start.

Once the installation is finally done, I’ve now spent two months wasting hours with the support technicians in the chat. They have you disassemble and reassemble random parts of the machine, thinking it will fix the issue — but we’re just going in circles. To this day, there’s still no solution: only about one out of four prints actually works, and then the same errors come back again.

I’m not asking for a refund, but for an actual solution — I just want the machine to work properly.
Be careful before investing in these machines — you’ve been warned.

I ordered a k13lite and I’ve had it about 2 weeks now. This is my first attempt at dtf printing and so far I’ve had a few minor mishaps but that’s expected when learning something new. Most of the fixes have been fairly easy and for issues I couldn’t resolve customer service was able to help me pretty quickly. I love the ease of the software for those new to dtf. Setting up the printer wasn’t bad and if you do run into issues they have a lot of helpful videos. So far I’m enjoying my printer and I hope to continue to grow and expand my business with team procolored

I did a preorder so had to wait a bit for my printer but I am so glad I did. It is incredible and the colors are amazing

Last week, I requested information from the sales department regarding some maintenance issues for my L1800 printer.

The information and technical assistance provided to resolve my problem was provided with care, promptness, and excellent service from the technical assistants.

I was helped very quickly and promptly by their service helper and they not only fixed my problem but taught me how to fit it myself. They are great at what they do. I highly recommend their customer service. I love my DTF P13 by Procolored.
