NO MATTER WHAT THE PROBLEM

ProColored’s customer service and technical team were exceptional in resolving our DTF printer problems. From the initial contact their support staff were responsive and organized. They also shared practical maintenance tips to prevent future downtime. Reliable, professional, and customer-focused. Their professionalism minimized our downtime and protected our deadlines. Outstanding technical skill paired with proactive, courteous customer service — we’ll choose Pro Colored again without hesitation.

Now they want to be slick

Well now PROCOLORED wants to get slick with the mouth because i will not give in and will continue posting the negligence from them. I have emailed them stating that the printer head needed was as per FEDEX lost and this is how they want to answer me.....

Hi ,

Then you can wait for FedEx to process the claim and purchase a new print head. If the claim you submitted is successfully approved by FedEx, then FedEx will make the compensation after the claim is approved. So if you need a new print head now, just purchase a new one directly.

Disaster

My son purchased me a new Procolor K13 pink printer and right out the box it had issues. We followed the unboxing and setup tutorial and the print head is stuck and the software and drivers won't load from the USB drive that came with it. I call customer service and they provide me with an engineer who you can only talk to via online chat. They want me to take apart the printer and take multiple videos and pictures so they can figure out the problem. After 4 hrs online the engineer couldn't fix it and tells me that they will ship me repair parts. I'm not an engineer and why would they ask the customer to take apart and repair a brand new printer. I have asked for a replacement or refund and all customer support says if we are trying to come up with a suitable solution. That ridiculous. I was excited to get the printer but this has turned into an absolute disaster

I purchased a printer less than 4…

I purchased a printer less than 4 months ago I have had the worst experience in my life with the time difference and trying to get technical support to assist. My white ink does not print we have done all these steps steps and then the tech person lied and said that I did not want to co-operate with trouble shooting when we have been doing it for over a month with no working device. I am beyond frustrated.

Our one stop shop for DTF Printers

Procolored L1800 5 Star Review

Chat Engineer Experience--A+

I just got my printer and this is my first time reaching out to customer service, but he immediately took over from my end and quickly fixed my problem. He then waited for my print to finish to make sure that it was correct and sent screenshots of how to fix my problem if it were to happen again. Top notch service! Thank you!

Great Printer

The printer is great! The colors are amazing! When I've had issues the help desk has been able to help me solve my issues promptly. If I had to give a criticism it would be how often I need to contact the help desk. Overall, it's a great product with great support!

I just want to say how happy I am with…

I just want to say how happy I am with Procolored and their amazing support team! I had an issue with my printer that was really stressing me out because it kept stopping in the middle of printing. Thankfully, Procolored quickly helped me figure out the problem and guided me through the solution.

Now my printer is working perfectly again and printing beautifully! I’m so thankful for their quick response and patience. I was really worried before, but I thank God everything is running smoothly now. I truly appreciate the help and great customer service!
