It was good at first then they sent me…

It was good at first then they sent me email to charge me extra that my package 1/2 kg. heavier than i declared but it impossible because i have sent the same product with the same box size so same weight more than 200 times (With other companied as well) There is no customer service, no email so they can just scam people without problem. I should have believed the reviews.

lost bag twice

On 10th September, I sent a parcel to Ebay authenticators (very expensive bag!) they subsequently lost it. It has now been 'returned to sender' (aka: ME) on 10th November- but I haven't received it. I keep contacting them but haven't heard absolutely anything. I need this bag back ASAP. it is in a white and black asos packing bag.please return immediately

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, worst customer service ever. There are no numbers, emails or pec to communicate with. I will go with lawyers against them.

I am surprised that Packlink has low…

I am surprised that Packlink has low rating. Other than many other shipping companies I have used, this is really the best one if I were to compare with so many others I have used in these 3 years. It deserves much better reviews.
Everything works perfect with company. They have live chat and refund immediately the cancelled items and also have the tracking available on their website.

Do not trust them, in case of an issue they dont help

I used packlink pro (France and Spain) twice and the two times I had an issue with the delivery : one time the "port of embarcation" could not load the merchandise (it was tuna in cans) and they never mentioned that (it was not forbidden ,just that the port could not handle that and did not find an alternative) and the second time the parcel was lost. In both cases, to recover money you had to be pushy and on top of that you dont refunded much for merchandise and service YOU DONT GET.
