If I could leave a minus star I would! This cockroach 🪳 of a scam company hitched a ride on an Australian Post tracking number and scammed 85.00 aud dollars from my 84 yr olds bank account. Luckily we reported it to the bank otherwise it would have gone on every month. SCAMMER!!! If you fall into this trap, get a new 💳.

550 EUROS WAS DEBITED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. SINCE MAY, THEY HAVE BEEN DEBITING 50 EUROS AT A TIME. I WAS UNAWARE OF THIS. I HAVE LOST MY HARD-EARNED MONEY

Like all the people who complain of LOCMYPARCEL after being deducted of 0,50€ from my account,I have been deducted of 49,50€ with a monthly subscription . Of course this suscription is very difficult to find in LOCMYPARCEL contract.
I advise tou to cancel your credit card in order not to be deducted later. IMPOSSIBLE to contact LOCMYPARCEL.

I used their service to locate a parcel in July 2025. To my surprise they managed to track it !
What I missed in the fine print is the fact that the first parcel only cost 50 cents to track but you automatically subscribe at Eur49-90 per month to unlimited parcel tracking. I only noticed this on my Bank Statement after 4 months. I immediately contacted the company to cancel. I await a refund.
They offer a good service but are then devious about the automatic subscription.

Scammers. I pit one star because zero wasn’t possible

I had similar bad experience like all other customer, this site is scammer & they use this intended site setting to earn money & start negotiating, I have raised a dispute, will report them and take a legal action and no matter how much it will cost and also will report them to all couriers (they aren't lucky as it is my area of influence)

A total rip-off. Fooled me to a [package now charge $56 a month!!!! Impossible t contact and cancel.

ripped off again, I cancelled my subscription with this company on 1st July 2025 but they still stole AU$92.48 from my credit card on 28th July 2025. Be aware not to deal with this company

SCAM!!! You think you only pay 50cents to track your package but they subscribe you to their services which cost €49,90. They claim that they “clearly” mentioned this but no, they don’t ever mention that, they don’t “clearly” state on the page that it is subscription. they don’t even send you an email which they should if they claim that they “clearly” state that it’s a subscription. You should be ashamed for tricking people like that.

Company existing just because of legal void to scam users. I am trying to understand how unsubscribe to this fraudulent service, since on the website there is nothing but an email, but my guess is we won't hear from them. Reported the site to authority.

Scammed my father out of 49,90E twice (past 2 months) before he noticed it on his bank statement.
Pretends to help track a parcel for 50cents, but in fact SUBSCRIBES you to their "services", whatever they are. Does NOT respect french laws pertaining to subscription and resiliation of contracts.
To this day we do not know HOW they got his account info (he's old but not stupid), probably some popup or a tick box somewhere in an online merchant's checkout page.

SCAMMER ALERT!!! I paid .90cents€ for 1 day use, actually just tried to track my parcel though my parcel has their own company tracker...then after 2 days 49€ is deducted to my bank account which i remember i didn't subscribe!...now, im trying to figure out how to unsubscribe to this scammer but i don't find the "UNSUBSCRIBE" mode in their website 🤬

tHEY USE A TRICK TO GET YOU TO PAY .85 CENTS WHICH BECOMES .95 CENTS THEN ASKS FOR YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, CARD NUMBER, PASSWORD AND CVV.
PLENTY OF REPORTS WHERE THEY THEN CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOU KNOWING. ONE REPORT SHOWS 10,000, DONT KNOW THE CURRENCY.

Today i been riped of by them. I have contacted Scotlandyard and the FBI about this scamm company.
Requested 10.000 euro back payment urgently within 24 hrs.

I recently purchased LED lamp from Amazon and the seller was ZWYX Co. from China, and it turned into a frustrating and costly experience. The seller delayed shipping, and before the item was even dispatched, I received a message from the delivery company stating that I needed to pay $0.75 to clear customs. Since this seemed like a minor fee, I paid with my credit card.
However, after receiving the item, I discovered that the same company ( Locmyparcel.com ) that charged me $0.75 had also fraudulently withdrawn $76.15 from my credit card without my authorization! When I attempted to leave a review on Amazon warning other buyers, Amazon deleted my review, stating that it didn’t comply with their guidelines. The seller also refused to take responsibility and ignored my requests for a refund.
I am posting this review here to warn others: be extremely cautious when dealing with third-party sellers on Amazon, especially if you are asked to pay additional fees outside of Amazon’s system.

This company are totally dishonest and should be removed from internet and investigated by the authorities. I am exploring ways of escalating and reporting to authorities

Sneaked in when I was desperately looking for a lost parcel. They probably base on stress and being similar to other tracking sites. Ripped me off and for me it is a really big problem as I am not a rich person. For me it was much! And I have even no idea where to report these thieves. I am devastated!!!

Nothing went wrong except for being ripped off. Locmyparcel.info is dishonest and oh so sneaky in how they get your card details then sign you up for a subscription. This has happened to me before and AM SICK OF IT.
