Good products, good prices, poor customer care

Order was placed (and paid for) on January 4th and it took 3 weeks to receive the products in Italy, which is an usually long time even for an international order. I also sent an email to the customer care in order to receive an update about my order, but no answer has been given yet. Today (January 22nd) I finally got the package, only to find out that the products are NOT what we ordered: in fact, TIME RELEASED PROTEIN BLEND has been sent instead of the ALL IN ONE POWDER. Credit to the seller must be given though, since the product they sent is similar, and more expensive, than the one we asked for. Finally, the website is not updated, since according to it my order is still in the "processing" phase. P.S. At least the chocolate shake tastes great!

Terrible communication and delivery

When I ordered from Pro-10 I paid over 70 pounds for my order. As they offer free delivery on all orders above 45 pounds, you'd expect them to prioritise you as a customer considering your willingness to pay such a substantial amount to them.

I have used Pro 10 products previously, although I bought them from Amazon rather than from their website. If you go directly to a company surely you should expect an even better service?

Right so this is what happened:
After ordering on Sunday night, I received an email confirming my order, with the promise of an additional email with tracking numbers would follow shortly afterwards - this did not happen

So I contacted Pro 10 on their website (Tuesday), and spoke to one of their employees via their Chat function. He explained that my order was delayed due to one of the products that I ordered was not in stock, something which the website failed to mention. Furthermore, he promised that my order would be delivered the following day. Again, this did not happen.

The next day, Wednesday, I spoke to the same employee, asking the same questions, and he said that he would check with the warehouse to find out what the status of my order was, as this took a bit of time, he asked if he could call me once he'd received an update. Again, he failed to contact me both on Wednesday and on Thursday.

On Thursday I write an email to the colleague who I spoke to, explaining my frustration and my disappointment and expected them to consider reimbursing me or compensating me in some fashion.

On Friday, my order finally arrived...although my problems did not end here. Half my order was missing and the flavour that I had ordered (chocolate) was replaced with the unflavoured equivalent. So again I call up customer services, after spending plenty of time looking for a contact number on their website - I explain my problem and what has gone wrong, furthermore, I asked him to reply to my email.

I also sent a confirmation email to the very same colleague, highlighting that my order was incomplete ect - no reply or acknowledgement that he'd received or understood my email.

It is now a week later, I have received one of 6 items and I have still not had any direct communication with Pro 10 coming from their side of the court.
I will call them again on Monday and expect them to completely refund my order and I will avoid ordering from them in the future.

There are many other brands out there - try to avoid this one in order for them to get their act together!

Very very slow or no delivery

I ordered a product from this company and after an e-mail was assured it would be delivered that day I write this 3 days later and I have still not receved my order,I will carry on the unnecessary fight to get my products or my money back-it really is a headache nobody needs there are so many other companies out there which will give me better service.

I'm really impressed by the quality!

I have been searching for pure, unflavoured proteins for long time until I came across your web. The taste is just natural, nosweeteners, it can be mixed with water easly, no side effects like gases or feeling bloated. Seems to be perfect (from my point of view anyway). Great product.

Slow to dispatch but a great product

Firstly, the product is great. First class and I will most definitely be using it again. That said the speed of dispatch and lack of communication is a shame. After paying for expedited postage I would have expected it to have arrived within a week. Alas it hasn't and I have not been contacted with an explanation for the delay. This doesn't mean I won't use it again I will just make sure I order it sooner or through a third party so I receive the product in good time.

Brilliant service

There products are at a competitive price, they taste extremely well but which sets them apart from other suppliers is the fact that there customer service is excellent. They really do go out of the way to ensure your product is well up to satisfactory, which if there is a problem they don't hesitate to resolve the matter. Pro-10 is the best around.

best service by far..

ordered 4 packs of soy protein, reason...simply the highest protein powder i could find anyware on web or shops, the price works out at nearly half of other products what do not have such low fat/sugar/carbs per serving. i chose the un flavoured powder...taste...well not that good! but if i want a treat i can always buy a mc ds.thick shake....
there is a flavoured selection,but my chioce was simple,i want a product that worked ,and this one appears to be doing what i want. as for delivery, this company out performed all others i have used,my delivery was next day...i will be buying from these again.

Perfect Shopping Experience

I ordered lunchtime one day, and the products arrived the very next morning. Superb delivery time. Kept up to date with regular emails. Website very easy to use, and transaction was fast and smooth. I will definitely use Pro-10 again, as the quality of their products and value for money are second to none against their competitors.

Love the product, delivery took a while though.

Just started with the product and it tastes nice and that was my main worry, hoping the results are just as good. One problem was the delivery, took over a week which was a bit disappointing. It did say standard delivery but I think over a week is a bit too long.

Great protein good price

First saw pro 10 at body power earlier this year have been hooked ever since. Great price and variation of different products. Using Dpd as delivery service is great receiving txt and date as well as If you want it dropped to a neighbour is a nice touch.

Did purchase product receantly however did not receive confirmation email or txt from Dpd. Bought protein from another source, Then product was deliverd by royal mail which did not give the same service, had to go to depo to retrieve pakage.

Other than that one off, have had only good things to say.

Delicious but did not add to my weight

I tried out with the weight gainer plus creatine tablets for over a week now and no gain, seems i lost a pound or so. I still love to take it though because it taste so nice. The creatine tablest are a nightmare to swallow though.

Quick delivery!!

I ordered two protein sample shakes in chocolate & strawberry,they take a bit longer to mix than others ive tried.Perfer the strawberry to chocolate,chocolate one tasted abit dry!!.

Quick Delivery, Nice Protein, Good service

Pro-10 are probably the best priced supplement company in the UK at present, The products are always of the highest quality to match.

Delivery always very quick and with a good courier unlike a few of the other supplement companies that use cheaper ones

The only thing i would maybe nit pick is that what you have ordered is displayed on tje box, For me id not prefer that but far from a sticking point

Great service, Good prices, Please stay reliable and cheap!
