Not a bot, nor an influencer

I can count on 1 hand how many reviews I've left on products. These however are either absolutely amazing, or it's a major placebo affect. I've been using these for 2.5 weeks now. I put on 4 different ones per day, and they are so good! I feel so much better about 35-45 min after application. I am very skeptical, but honestly I wouldn't waste my money if they didn't work. I apply the following patches: nad, iron, collagen, & hydration. I just feel like I have a little more energy and a sense of well being.

PatchAid: The Brand That Gave Me My Life Back

I never thought I’d be writing a glowing review about patches, of all things—but here I am. And honestly? PatchAid has completely changed my life.

After over a year of being sick—with no diagnosis, endless symptoms, and doctors tossing medication after medication at me—I was beyond skeptical. I've been on psychiatric meds (antidepressants, benzos, mood stabilizers) since before 2018, and my nervous system has taken a hit. Nothing seemed to help without causing a new side effect.

I wasn’t looking for a miracle. Just something real. Something gentle. Natural relief—without needing a “magic pill.” And that’s exactly what I found with PatchAid.

MagniCalm helped me completely stop using PRNs for anxiety and panic attacks. That’s unheard of for me. If you’ve ever relied on meds like Olanzapine or Quetiapine, you know how big of a deal that is.

The Electrolyte Patch calmed my chronic nausea (nothing else touched it, not even Domperidone), eased my constant dry mouth, and helped me feel functional. I struggle to eat or drink most days, and this patch helps keep me steady. That alone makes it a godsend.

Here’s the kicker: even my doctor was blown away. When I told her how well it was working, she looked it up right there during our appointment and ordered some for herself. She's now recommending PatchAid to other patients like me.

This brand didn’t promise magic. It just quietly delivered real, lasting support—the kind I didn’t know was possible anymore.

If you’re stuck, skeptical, or just worn down from trying everything—give this a shot. PatchAid didn’t just help my symptoms… it helped me feel like me again.

Expensive glue

The patches did not work— felt like expensive glue. To make matters worse, the return policy is clearly designed to favor the company, not the customer. Once you’ve made a purchase, you’re essentially stuck with it, whether it works or not.

These do not work & are painful to remove!!!

I bought 3 packs & tried the patches on various areas of my skin each time left with a sore, red mark on my skin. It was very painful to remove. Their policy is if you use more than 1 patch, no refund of any kind. And I found out after emailing them, if you do ask about a return after only using 1 patch, you only get about 1/2 of the refund. I didn't notice any results from using the patches either. So buyer beware!

Subpar products, poor customer service

I can no longer use these patches due to the toxic smelling ink they now have printed on them. Customer service did nothing after I complained, twice. I lost a sizable amount of money because of this. I left a negative review on their company website, which was immediately deleted. I understand now why their rating is 4.6 stars—they delete all the negative reviews. Use another vitamin patch company instead of PatchAid.

These patches fall off within an hour…

These patches fall off within an hour so no idea if they work. Plus the package they come in is not resealable so once it’s opened, the remaining patches will dry out.
Very annoyed with this rip off
I also use Kind Patches (much better) and they Do stay on and are in resealable pouch
DONT WATE MONEY ON PATCH AID UK

Life Saving.

My life Is changed. I hate taking pills and a patch is a all day thing a dreamwork. I had pretty bad sleep schedule we are talking 12-2am bad. Super grouchy and crabby even with 10 hours of sleep. Within the first day I can actually get through it without being exhausted or drink coffee and absolutely feel it when I don't take it. Now my sleep is 10-11. It's a improvement and I wake up at 6-8am with a ease.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible: the international shipment is horrendous and terrible. They charged 78 USD for the shipment of patches of nearly as heavy as a couple of A4 sheets and yet the shipment service does not deliver door to door. I have now to drive to some far location. The customer service gave me a cold sorry. I will never use their products again. Order #PA263450.

I placed an order an wasn't told about…

I placed an order an wasn't told about the customs charges. I was left with no product and a 111.00 dollar bill from ups after I refused the package at the door, I received the bill in the mail. Really a poor way of treating customers and after all this if and whe I am refunded my money return fees will be deducted from my refund but hey its free shipping. I will be contacting the better business bureau and report this, it's not ok to misinform customers to gain a profit.

Huge shipping fees for Ontario Canada

Attention: I ordered the patch aid vitamins from Ontario Canada and was contacted by UPS that I must pay an additional $115.97 for delivery of the product. If buying from Canada, you will be charged for brokerage and import fees. This was not told to me when I ordered the product and the email response from patch aid was “it’s in the policy statement”. UPS can give you the details of total cost for your area by calling them prior to ordering these expensive vitamin patches. Will not buy from them again.

I had RNY gastric bypass in 2005

I had RNY gastric bypass in 2005. I think it's really important for weight loss surgery patients to understand exactly WHAT is absorbed WHERE. With a bypass, your duodenum is bypassed, literally. This is where iron is absorbed, so oral supplements aren't EVER going to work, nor is eating iron rich foods. It simply never goes where it needs to, to be absorbed. Similarly, B12 is useless until it combined with stomach acid, which it doesn't after a bypass.
Having said all this, iron, copper, B12, potassium.... NOT ABSORBED TRANSDERMALLY. I don't know how to explain it better than that. Yes, these statements this company and others make are TECHNICALLY true - there is a "possibility" it will absorb. I mean, anything's possible, right?

6 Weeks after starting patchaid and I'm severely anemic

Switched from patchmd to patchaid because I thought it was better quality, boy was I wrong. After using the iron plus patch for a month I was feeling sick, weak, dizzy with shortness of breath and had bloodwork done and I'm extremely anemic. I was using b12, multivitamin with iron, iron plus, calcium and biotin. I was getting double dose of iron and still some how became anemic. Customer Service could care less and was very cold at the accusation that the patch didn't work. Will not buy again, going back to oral supplements.
