My insurance quit covering the GLP-1's

My insurance quit covering the GLP-1's. So I went online and found Priority
meds. They were able to help me out. And the price was about the same as what I was paying when my insurance was covering it.
It was easy to sign up. They were very helpful with that.

The process of getting the prescription…

The process of getting the prescription is pretty straight forward. Once the prescription is approved, it does seem to take around 5 days to actually get shipped.

The meds are supposed to arrive cold. However, because they use a single ice pack and poor packaging, the medication is not cold upon arrival. Perhaps if they used next day delivery, there would be a chance of it arriving cold. But it's typically 2-day shipping and delivery depends on if those 2 days run up against a weekend.

Now, the meds seem to still work based on my result, so I do question if cold pack is necessary, but they really should examine this delivery process, certainly to zip codes in hot locations.

Five minutes after I ordered

Five minutes after I ordered, I realized that the medication was a compound,Abd not Zepbound. I called to cancel immediately, and they said they would review. I just received notification that the medication has been shipped. I don’t want it, and it is $1100! Now I have 6 months worth of medication I can’t use! No response, crickets! Terrible company… beware.

Thank you to Carlos who called me and set me up with Priority Meds. I am happy save some money even if dose goes up. I lost weight with another company wanted to continue but it was to expensive. Now thanks to Carlos setting me up with this company, Priority Meds I can. Thank you to all.

I asked to cancel my subscription…

I asked to cancel my subscription hours, roughly 4 hours and they ignored me no matter how many emails, calls, AI calls to talk to someone. My portal was useless for answers. Terrible sham of a company. If you read above review, I wanted to cancel order after about 4 hours of placing it and couldn’t get in touch with anyone, with email, calls to customer service and my account portal. All I could get was an AI to take a message.

Medication received premixed and HOT

Medication received premixed and HOT! "Ice" bags measured 100.1 degrees and I was home and pulled it in as soon as it was delivered. Wrote company twice asking for remediation - but no response. Also billed for entire 6 months worth of meds only receiving 3 months - I understand if you can only ship 3 months at a time - then only bill me for 3 months at a time - Very Disappointed

Carlos was great

I have prescribed to a couple of on-line pharmacies for weight loss medicine for the last 2 to 3 years. I lost weight for the first several months and then hit a wall. I could not get answers I needed to move forward in my weight loss journey.

And then I spoke with Carlos the Success Manager for Prioritymeds. He was awesome. He knew exactly what I needed and provided answers in 10 minutes! He made the process of getting my prescription so fast and easy! I was very impressed.

You are limiting me to micro-doses…

You are limiting me to micro-doses without the option to increase my dose. Your biggest advertisement is that the costs stay the same no matter the dosage but you are not giving me the option to increase. I would also like to know why you just charged my card after the second delivery when I pre-paid for a year??

Rough Start, Strong Results

The experience with Priority Meds began somewhat slowly, as it took several months to receive my initial prescription. However, after those first three months, the service improved significantly.

I have now been a customer for just over a year, and the overall process has been smooth and consistent. The medical review, approval, and shipment processes have all been handled in a professional and efficient manner.

Over the past 12 months, I have lost 35 pounds and have only needed to increase my dosage once. At this point, I feel I am in more of a maintenance phase.

Do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy anything from this company, they sent me the glp1 medication six days later when it was supposed to be two days , the medication came more than a 100 degree and I immediately sent a message on the 5th and yesterday they answered telling me that the medication was ok even though I was more than 100 degree when I received it, I just received a text telling me that they don’t replace the medication or are to do a refund. I am making a complaint to the FDA because company like this should not be playing with the health of the people. After a week of texting they sent me the replacement of the medication, everything came as it should.
