If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a cushion as a gift, money taken straight away, no sign of my order. I’ve messaged via Facebook, via their website and sent emails. No response from any of those channels. Waiting the 30 days from purchase so I can claim money back via my bank, as luckily I paid with my credit card. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
SCAM !!!!! This company used to be called "Printed Unique". I ordered and paid for 2 cushions. Despite pm, email, phonecall and recorded delivery letter I never received a refund!!!!

Same story here I have had prints before from this company and was pleased with the service and products, so ordered 3 more prints totalling £44.97 for Christmas gifts, they never arrived and the company have not responded to my emails, the money has been taken from my account within 48 hours back in early December and their website is still active, they need shutting down
After ordering a personalised cushion as a Christmas present on 11/12/19 and the money clearing my account on 12/12/19 along with my confirmation email, I have had NO further correspondence from this company. The email even stated that shipping was 4-5 days MAX and I would also receive a further email once goods were dispatched. To date I have had no dispatch email and NO correspondence from them even though I have repeatedly emailed the company asking what is happening with my order.
So now I am £22.99 down and NO Christmas present. This is very bad customer service and to say I am dissatisfied with this company is an understatement..if they can call themselves that!!! Keeping customers happy is imperative for good business. I have given them countless opportunities to redeem themselves before having no further option than to take this further!!!
