Wish there was an option for 0 stars as they are the worst company ever rip off the elderly and vulnerable after product returned they keep the money for months on end avoid avoid AVOID !

I would never advise anyone to buy from this company they are ripping people off. I would.n even give them a one rating. The quality of there furniture is zero. I bought a sofa bed in june moved in my apartment july. Sat on it only a few times and the base underneath has cracked. Firstly it could of caused damage to my spine. Also I only weight 9 stone. They have been unhelpful. Telling me I have to get a company to collect it and send it back to them to inspect it. They are awful. They won.t do anything for me. You ring there number and it rings out.I have contacted the ombursman and I hope you all read this review and not buy from them. I'm not letting this matter go. I'm disgusted in the quality of the wood. I have bought of woucher and they were fantastic when I had a issue with an item it was sorted asap. Please don.t buy from this company.

I ordered the Bed from Ebay,comes in 3 boxes,i ordered Champagne colour one box was silver.I informed Beehome they said they would send exchange.Tuffnells arrived to collect the box sent in error but no exchange.I again informed Beehome (starting to get fed up by now) they said they would send it special saturday delivery,this never arrived.I again informed Beehome they said it had been lost in Tuffnells parcel network,they would send another one again special saturday delivery,this didn't arrive either.I opened a dispute with Ebay,and 5 minutes later got a phone call from Sami from Beehome who said he would send it overnight,this didn't arrive either.This has to be my worst buying Experience of buying on Ebay in over 19 years.Beehome furniture are a bunch of liars they belong at a circus with the other clowns.Ebay won't let me leave them negative feedback,so it looks like they are good sellers (they are far from it).I got a full refund,i then ordered another bed from another company and had it in 2 days.I wouldn't order anything from Beehome furniture,i don't know how they stay in business

So bit of a strange experience, ordered a bed on the Saturday via their Ebay shop which should have been delivered the following Wednesday, got a notification on the Monday from Tuffnels saying the item was due to be collected from the seller, that status was still the same on the Wednesday, phoned Beehome customer services where they answered the phone ‘Bedbusters’, the girl was really helpful and friendly but after lots of trying couldn’t find my order, gave me a different number to call, was told sorry the item has been held up at the local depot i’ll get it sent to you on a next day AM delivery, so said thanks and waited, no tracking info arrived, got an email the next day saying the item has been damaged at the depot would i like a different colour and a partial refund or would i prefer a full refund. I took the full refund and to be fair to them although i didn’t get the item i ordered i did get my money back, now, I’m not sure how something could have been damaged at the depot when it was never collected by the courier in the first place, i suspect this company is taking orders for items they don’t have. Also they use Tuffnels for their deliveries and their reviews are shocking so it could also be that they are responsible for the string of bad reviews that Beehome has, i’ll let you make your own decision.

Paid for bed to be assembled, didn’t work, dozens of emails, false promises from Sami, sent spare parts, still didn’t work. To add insult to injiry eBay said send it back for a refund but I’d have to pay someone to dismantle bed and pay for a courier to deliver a king size bed 300 miles! Complete sharks.
