Great customer service

Great customer service! I had an issue with my artwork not aligning properly and the design team was amazing at helping me resolve the issue. Fast dispatch and delivery, and the final product looks great.

Printed are one of the best companies I…

Printed are one of the best companies I use on a regular basis. Their quality control and products are fantastic, but even more importantly their customer service team is second to none. If anything has gone awry- problems with the courier etc- they have resolved any issues incredibly quickly. Very responsive and super helpful. THANK YOU for consistently being a company I can rely on. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Delivered to the wrong address

Delivered to the wrong address. Someone manually changed it to another address I had saved rather than the one I input, and that was confirmed in my confirmation email. A call ahead of changing the delivery address to confirm it was going to the correct place would have stopped this.

Appalling service

Appalling service. I ordered “luxury” postcards and received them with the reverse side printed upside down, making the entire batch unusable.

The core issue is not just the print outcome, but the process. I uploaded portrait artwork, yet the platform required submission in landscape without clearly indicating how this would translate in production. There was no clear preview of how the front and back would align once imposed for print, and no warning that orientation could result in this kind of error.

When I got in touch, I was told this isn’t considered a printing error and the only option offered was a discount to reorder and pay again. After already paying for a full batch that can’t be used, that’s quite hard to accept.

For context, I used another provider with the same artwork and stock, at a lower price, and had no issues at all.

Also worth noting, there’s an option to pay extra for a “human review” for £10 - just to have a human eye on it. Incredible.

Overall, it ended up being a waste of both time and money, which is really disappointing for a first order. I won’t be using Printed.com again.

I definitely recommend Printed

I definitely recommend Printed. Very supportive and helpful during all process. They even fixed issues in my art for a business card, always with good communication and fast turnaround.
I’ll definitely use their services again.
