Continuously put order on hold for silly things

My order will be a week delayed because they chose to paused it twice. First, because it was the wrong proportions (A4 instead of A5). These sizes are ISO ratios and essentially interchangeable (only a fraction of a mm different). Then the newly uploaded docs were paused because of a lack of bleed. The design was designed so that no important information was near the edge. They don't ring you, so if you're not at your emails constantly, you'll miss it.

When I contacted support to tell them to actually the print the damn thing, I went through to an AI chatbot who belittled me and just kept telling me why bleed was important (yes, I already know). When if it could send the message on, it then suddenly started again, asking for my name and how it could help.

Give your customers some agency. I made my choices for a reason. The leaflet is for a local community event and I just wanted something printed fast. It didn't need to be mm perfect.

Quick delivery and high quality

Sample paper pack was very useful for understanding the paper options.
Easy process to order my bespoke print though the preview was blurry so I paid extra to get my artwork checked so that was frustrating. Artwork checker turnaround was quick. Print arrived flat instead of rolled which is a bonus.

Poor Order Management

Uncoordinated messaging, file checking and status so status in the morning showed delivery that day then received an email showing status for 5 days later which is after I planned to deliver to the gallery

Good product at a competitive price (although the nevelopes were expensive).
Delievered on time and look good.
