Primexbt removed my trade profit money

I want to let you know everyone that Primexbt have removed my money of profit amount which is 14 923.51 USD. My account number is 1164577. I want to mention the main thing that I haven't took any promotion from Primexbt before or during my trade. I risk my my own money during my trade and now when I am done with my profitable trade this company removed my money with giving statement that I have manipulated the company's terms and conditions. We all know that market these days very volatile and fast. Anyone can lose their money or make profits just in few minutes just because of market situation. Then who gave the rights to company to remove clients' money? This behavior is very unprofessional. I am doing trade with my own money. Company has no rights to put such obligations just to remove my money. If they are so scared of giving withdrawals to clients, then they should shut down their operation and go back to their homes. I am still requesting to primexbt to reverse my removed amount. Otherwise, I have no choice rather than take this case to legal authorities. Thank you. I have posted this review 1 day ago and Primexbt haven't return my money yet. They even not contacted me yet regarding this serious issue.

I have been accused of mirror trading…

I have been accused of mirror trading and have requested evidence supporting these allegations. I have also made multiple follow ups with both the support team and the back-office email address provided in relation to this claim.

However, I have yet to receive a clear explanation as to why the profits I earned are being withheld. I would appreciate a prompt and detailed response so that this matter can be resolved.

Aapne jo behavior describe kiya hai — screen rotate karne ke baad chart ka pura expand na hona aur candles ka lag ya freeze hona — ye platform ka intended behavior nahi hai. Aise issues kabhi-kabhi device optimization, operating system version, browser ya app build, ya hardware acceleration settings ki wajah se ho sakte hain.

Is issue ko properly investigate karne ke liye, hum aapse request karte hain ki aap hamari Support Team se contact karein aur niche di gayi details share karein:

• Device model aur operating system version
• Aap mobile app use kar rahe hain ya web terminal
• App ya browser ka version
• Issue ka screen recording ya screenshots (agar possible ho)

Hamari technical team is case ko review karegi aur jahan zarurat hogi wahan optimization par kaam karegi. Is beech hum recommend karte hain ki aap apna app ya browser latest version par update rakhein aur hardware acceleration ko enable/disable karke check karein ki performance improve hoti hai ya nahi.

Aapke patience aur feedback ke liye hum aabhari hain, kyunki isse humein platform ki stability har device par better banane me madad milti hai. Agar aapko kisi bhi tarah ki assistance chahiye ho, to kripya official support channels ke through humse contact karne me hichkichayein nahi.
