Platform appears to be fake,Haven’t creadited my deposit,

Please do not trust them. In my experience, this platform appears to be fake. ‼️

Prime XBT’s service is extremely poor. They have not credited my deposit and have effectively taken my 300 USD. I have already shared proof from my bank, but they are still saying that the payment was not received by their payment receiver.

I also shared the receiver’s UPI ID, but I am still receiving the same repeated response.

I have contacted their customer support more than 100 times, but they are not giving any proper response.

If you make a deposit to their receiver, even after 10 minutes they still do not credit the payment to your account.

This is honestly one of the worst services available

This is honestly one of the worst trading experiences I’ve had with PrimeXBT.account : 1859484

On April 6th at around 11 PM, the price of silver (XAG/USD) on their platform suddenly dropped to around $68 from 73 $ for a split second then up to 73 $ — a move that did NOT happen anywhere else. This was not market volatility, this was a platform-specific pricing error.

That fake spike ignored all my stop losses and liquidated my positions instantly and wiped out my capital.

Silver trade IDs affected:

Positions forcefully closed due to this issue:

This included 2 Bitcoin positions and 1 oil trade.

As a result:
- My $600 capital was completely wiped out due to this false price
- My oil short (from $110) got closed before it moved to $95 — around $150 in profit gone
- My Bitcoin long positions (~$2,000 total) would have made around $200
- My silver position alone would have been around $600 in profit with price now near $77

So because of ONE incorrect price on THEIR system, I lost both real money and significant trading opportunities I had positioned for over weeks.

I have clear chart evidence from other platforms proving this move NEVER happened in the real market.

What makes it even worse is being told to wait days while my funds are locked and the market continues moving. Completely unacceptable.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Situations like this can cost you your money and your profits — and I’m direct proof of it.
UPDATE : they refunded the lost capital , but not the missed out profit and they didn’t offer no explanation on what happened or if it gonna happen again , and made me fill out *compensation* form saying that i wont go after them after i get the compensation and that this isnt thier fault , which it was or else they have never refunded 100 % wiped out capital. Anyways still shouldve paid me what those contaracts wouldve been worth the day of the refund not at the moment of glitch that only happened on ur platform.

Used Prime on 2 different accounts

Used Prime on 2 different accounts, first went red but the rewards took me deep under and wiped everything. I couldn't even use that account without paying them back first for the "rewards" I earned trading there. Secondly I'm having a similar issue on my second account went red but used a separate structured reward plan accumulating USD instead of my trading currency, hoping this time to use it as a sort of insurance when time came they just straight up refused to pay. Not gunna lie i am Canadian and they don't like that but they took my money from a Canadian account and I passed Kyc with a Canadian ID so? Who's fault is it really? 100x would not recommend the high leverage and reward schemes are bait and i took it. Fool me once..

UPDATE | SERVICE Level to cry for

Please read also my other review. Due to a technical issue from PrimeXBT I lost my full position. As always PrimeXBT sends an email stating that my position has been liquidated and I still remain USDT 1.045 after liquidation. However due to the technical issue the left fund went to USDT 0!!!!

After a long investigation, they proposed me a goodwill fee of USDT 250?????

I definitely did not accept the offer as the email clearly states that I still have USDT 1.045 to be left as remaining funds. This is what I proposed and willing to accept.

6 days ahead, AND STILL NO Solution. Service mentions that it is still under investigation. They even had to remind the relevant department that the case is still open and waiting for an update.

Service at PrimeXBT is definitely of low quality and don't trade on PrimeXBT if you expect service.

You gonna wait for decades for easy solutions to be fixed....

Unhappy customer over here.

From the 25th of February 2026 I wrote…

From the 25th of February 2026 I wrote a review regarding my 3k usd unnecessary losses which was not respecting the SL. So prime said they will compensate a fraction. From that compensation, they removed that amount as well. Thats when i wrote a review. So after replying to my review they said they will re-imburse me 849.8 usd and extra 150usd as a gesture off goodwill. Their team will be in touch with me directly.

Since then I received a message after a week, of giving me a compensation amount of 849.8 usd which was a copy and paste message from the same agent a month ago.
So I asked them what about the 150usd amount they said they will give as a gesture off goodwill. (1/3 off the amount I lost)
3 off their agents weren't aware of it. Giving the same messages appreciate your patience, sorry for the delay, get back to you etc.
I provided an update on my initial review off prime a week ago regarding this. Yet to receive a reply from Prime on trustpilot or on their platform where they say the same thing over and over again. We waiting for department, appreciate your patience we know how frustrating it is, etc etc.

The thing is who can I speak to? Because your agents have no clue and they say the department are busy with it. So why didn't the department contact me as you'll clearly specified in your previous response which is two weeks now.

No communication and no compensation received which is nearly 1 and half month now.
And the compensation of 849.8 plus 150 is way less then what I loss. But even that they dont want to compensate.

Do you guys take customers/clients seriously? Say one thing but nothing happens and so many delays.

JUST REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!

There was a technical issue. Helpdesk far from home and same answer

There was a technical issue which caused me a loss of 5k. After liquidation I would still have 1k. Because of the technical issue the amount vanished to 0.

It has more than one week already to provide any solution. Till so far the same answer: the relevant department is reviewing the case.

When it comes down to deposits it is alright, ALTHOUGH, the moment issue occurs helpdesk is far from home and most likely AI machine is taking over. Definitely not the best platform regarding helpdesk service

During this period, the system attempted to place liquidation orders for the position multiple times. However, these orders were automatically rejected because the size of the position exceeded the available liquidity in the order book, and executing them would have consumed the entire available volume and negatively impacted other market participants.

Once liquidity returned to the order book at 13:14:02 UTC, the next liquidation order was successfully executed, and the position was closed. Based on the investigation's results, the system behavior was consistent with the platform’s order-matching and risk-management mechanisms under conditions of limited market liquidity, and no technical issue affecting the account was identified.

Lost everything after PRIMEXBT's system update at the…



After PRIMEXBT's system update at the weekend about a month ago, my screens showed my positions in silver but not my orders.
I ignored it as I thought the orders had gone in the update and I could reload if I wanted them.
When silver pulled back, those previous orders suddenly traded out of the Blue. I spotted some and closed the positions but not all and lost everything.

Just to Clarify in this Edit. The orders were in place before the system update. After the system update, they were not there. The trades took place at least a week later so you explanation is wrong. I have asked for financial ombud details four times which you have not provided me. Let the ombud assess.

2. All of your pending orders remained active and were executed as market conditions triggered them.
3. In our platform, once a pending order is triggered and executed, it automatically converts into an open position and moves to another tab. This is expected behavior and not indicative of any malfunction.
4. Because of this conversion, it may sometimes appear as if the orders have “disappeared” from the Orders tab, when in fact they were simply executed and are now listed under Positions.

We understand that this display behavior can be confusing, especially during volatile market movements like the silver pullback you referenced. Our systems are designed to execute orders according to market triggers, and this conversion process is standard across our platform.

Palau ID not working

Registering with Palau Digital residency Citizenship card does NOT work for KYC as Palau is in list of country but in accepted documents list for this country, there is only Passport.

While Palau is indeed on our list of supported countries, the type of document matters. Currently, our KYC process only accepts a passport as proof of identity because it’s standardized, internationally recognized, and contains the security features required for verification. Digital residency or citizenship cards, unfortunately, don’t meet these compliance requirements.

So it’s not about your country being unsupported (Palauan residents can absolutely trade); it’s just a passport is required to complete KYC successfully. To get verified, please upload a valid passport.

Once that’s submitted, our compliance team will review it and complete verification within the standard timeframe.
