I had a very bad afternoon at work after a stressful phone call from upper management. I was pleased to talk to a doctor that was very calming and understanding. He made my day feel so much better and I was able to go to sleep without feeling anxious.

Very easy app. The drs are real helpful with my aids and needs. Living rural it’s hard to see get an appointment. I got my work clearance and medical certificate straight away.I will be continuing this wonderful service “ highly recommend

Initial call bad line reception, service operator courteous and patient.
Doc rang quicker than expected, sent 1 perscription requested. Asked to forward a photo of symtoms for Docs observation to send 2nd perscription needed. Still waiting on Doctor to send.
( hence why 4 stars )

Such a brilliant exceptional service! The team are on hand for any queries, as I had problems downloading the scripts. They really helped me with alternative options. The GP was lovely and very helpful and kind.

Easy to use easy to access

I work dark until dark everyday. I also live remote. I can never get into a doctor or never have the time with such a long hours job. These guys are awesome. They helped me very easily. It’s a simple process that’s effective. I highly recommend their services.

From the beginning until the end my experience was excellent. The staff were efficient and then the doctor rang and emailed me a referral. The receipt of the email was checked and after I had the Xray, I was rang and asked when and where I had had it done. Brilliant service.
