I went to Bluewaters Shopping Centre

I went to Bluewaters Shopping Centre, Primark today. We love shopping there as the clothes and homeware are just so good.

However, the staff are so few on the tills, even when both queues are out the door. We noticed floating staff doing something just not on the tills. Only 3 then 2 were on each side that contains at least 8 tills. This is not good business sense. Then one assistant had to put stuff away so left her till!

What is going on? Do you want customers to buy things or not? What happened to customers are right? Please fill your tills when queues are long. You always used to be more respectful. What happened? It’s about priorities and customer service should be at the top. Really disappointed Primark.

LOVE PRIMARK

Store was tidy - despite sale items being thrown everywhere. Staff always friendly.
I had a query with a double scanned item. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Plus I found some bargains to buy.

Long trousers

I have no problem with Primark, yes it’s busy, that’s expected. However I have noticed the length of the trousers. They are SUPER long. I’m lucky if I manage to find a pair in my size that aren’t super long these days.

Treated like crap

Had a great day shopping until I got to primark which put me off christmas shopping altogether I manage to find gifts for all the family which was fine went to checkout and here we go gave my items over, packed the items in my bag, payed with my card just about to walk away and she said wait you underpaid, she said can you give me the items back so I gave her the items back this was gifts for 6 people so she scanned them again I packed them again and still said yes eh can someone call the manager the manager came while looking at the till he asked can you give me the items back a said your kidding me on here so I gave items back scanned the items again I asked what is the problem apparently a women was at the till before me brought a jacket in to get refunded but didn't bring in a receipt and asked to go and get it right the girl at the till did not clear the till so when i got there the sum of the woman jacket was getting took of my bill and then asked me to unpack my items again and told them forget it give refund my money back so no gifts for my family money refunded to my bank account I will never step foot in primark again as long as I live.

A very positive shopping experience

I’m a very regular Primark shopper because their prices are unbeatable - I never shop online for clothes shoes bags jewlry etc. yesterday I bought a lovely pair of wide leg pullon denims for £18 and they stylish and comfy the cashier was very friendly and we chatted so I left the store in Westfield White City London feeling very pleased after the experience👍👍👍

Primark

I went there just before Christmas to do Christmas shopping went to get some clothes for boys and is all other L or 2 xl there nothing for bigger people and it all got expensive i bought only £17.50 on 2 items

Customer service agents who haven't got the brains they where born with ......

3 weeks ago I made a complaint about not being able to use a e voucher in-store & after many emails back and forth & with one question per email , today customer services have asked me to send a photo of the reverse side of an e voucher ......who trains these people , 3 weeks of emails back and forth & numerous emails that's stated from email.number one that the e voucher would not scan instore (woman didn't try to scan just told me flat out they don't work your the second person today to use them ) so yeah , train your staff to read before they respond with absolute stupidity
