I’m very disappointed with the quality…
I’m very disappointed with the quality of the clothing. I bought a jersey from primark Almeria and would you believe it, one pocket is sewn upside down. As it’s a jersey, it’s difficult to unpick the pocket and turn it the right way. Where is the quality control? I travelled a long way to shop at this store.
Poor customer service
Took back faulty pyjamas to the new glasgow fort store tonight. As they were a Christmas gift i didnt have a receipt but i only wanted to exchange them for another pair. I was informed by Mark the manager that no proof of purchase no exchange, i asked if this was right as the goods were faulty and he again replied no proof of purchase no exchange. In fact i felt as if i was being accused of stealing the pyjamas!! I was upset as the shop was very busy so i took the faulty pyjamas and walked out the store. When i came hone I googled primarks policy for returning faulty goods and it states that no receipt is needed??

Went to the Sunderland store
Went to the Sunderland store, went to tills to pay for my 4 items.
The sales Assistant asked me if I wanted a paper carrier bag which I excepted her offer, only to find it was a small bag and I said to her, you won't get all those into that bag.
Her reply was oh I will.
She proceeded to roll the items upwith the hangers still on the garments. I stopped her and said, get a bigger bag and fold the garments up, instead of rolling them up. Her reply was my manager said this is how I have to do it and she will be watching me and I will get wrong. She finally got a bigger bag, and proceeded to fold the items up, but with the hangers still attached to the garments. I explained it would be easier if she removed the hangers. She finally did remove them folded them up and placed them in the bag.
I paid for the items and started to leave the till point, when Security came running upto the till point. She had called security onto me, for asking for my garments to be folded and bigger bag. Shocking service.

Has to be the worst website in the history of the world. So slow it practically crawls and when you try to register it won't let you, just says names cannot begin or end with whitespace spaces? Tried on desktop and phone. Complete rubbish!

Primary Hull - 4th time overcharged for items in a row. Good job I’m checking the screen as they are going through. 3 weeks ago bought some jeans and got overcharged and came back 3 weeks later and was overcharged again for same pair. Clearly this is becoming standard practice.

Place is a dump and 6 staff (teenagers) standing around talking. I watched a pair of girls pass same item between them a number of times in an attempt to look busy. They didn't move for 15 minutes. Clothes all over the floor. Elsewhere one customer asked a query about prices as the denim table had sale and non sale items mixed up and and was told "look on the label".
I approached a member of staff wearing no uniform or badge but had headset on so I assumed she had some leadership role. I asked her why the store was a mess and why she allowed staff to chat instead of help customers and was curtly told "madam, let management do their job". Hmm, that's a professional response. I stood in front of her while she actually rolled her eyes. Her reply should have been "thank you for bringing that to my attention, I will deal with it now".
It appears the weekend staff stand around and the weekday staff spend hours sorting their mess.

Shopped in Middlesbrough store this week.
The store was well organised and clean. The 'Primark Edit' section had some fantastic items of a really high quality. I'll definitely be calling in again.

Hello Trust Pilot; I have asked you to adjust your website to allow for "0" stars because of companies like this one, Primark
After being told I could not have a refund or exchange in Milton Keynes, Midsummer Bouldevard store, I told the cashier I would pay for another item at a different till; it was to allow me to transfer some money to my account, not wanting to hold up another customer. The manager and cashier did not believe I was going to pay for the item downstairs and reported me to security. I was covertly withheld in the store by cashiers who thought I had stolen a £3.00 pillowcase! They interrogated me publicly wanting to know why a pillowcase was not with a quilt cover. I reported this to their complaints department who wanted to blame the security staff, however it was the cashiers not the security staff who would not let me go. Gaining insight into the complaints advisor wanting to shift the blame on to the private security company I withdrew the complaint and the complaints advisor responded that I should not contact them anymore.

Tried to exchange an item for larger size. Met with rudeness, unprofessional behaviour, refusal to assist, lack of interest. Requested the manager attend. Scruffy badly dressed individual arrived with the same attitude.
There are other department stores in preference to this one in Lincoln UK that would enjoy giving good customer experience. This store is not one of them. Avoid.

I was super excited about the store opening at Concord Mills in NC but was hugely disappointed. The event was disorganized with zero transparency to event details. Especially regarding gift cards, I asked several team members about handing out gift cards and no one knew whether or not there would be any. Also, the team members were very rude when answering my questions. I also talked with a couple contractors (people with the contractor badge) working for the event and they were very unfriendly as well. I felt prejudice and discrimination from one contractor who showed extreme discrimination and malice toward me when I asked him about today’s event details. Again, super disappointed and hope the store can improve.
