The product I bought was supposely shipped in August and did not arrive yet! I sent them na e-mail and the servidor returned it! What’s going on???!?

I ordered a phone holder in April 2018. It is October lnow and I still did not recieve my item. I’m always recieving the same reply for my emails and I have a feeling I will never get my order or money back. It is one big fraud. Do not ever order anything from them!

I bought a pair of legging which cost me $30 it took over a month to receive and when I did finally receive they were Way too small. I contacted them only for them to tell me they do not take returns or exchanges but could do a replacement under certain circumstances one being size. But when it came down to it, they told me they would not send me a replacement because they sent me the size I ordered. These people are a total scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to throw away your money, I now have a $30 pair of leggings that I can not wear!

Newer recieved my package. Tracking tray doesn’t work. When complaining They just tell me to go to to Lokal post office and ask for the order. Newer use this webshop , they definitely cheat you and doesn’t take your complaints seriously.

Ordered my product more than 3 months ago. Havent received anything and just promise after promise.

This company is "full of sh" - ordered my item since Oct 17 and until now (it's already Jan 3 - as of writing) and it still has NOT arrived. Been emailing back & fort with their standard reply of "...has been escalated". Tracking the item, it was sent to a wrong country and they don't refund it even if they know they screwed it up.

"BIG BIG - STAY AWAY" with this so-called online shop - they're the ideal "RIPPED OFF".

Product that I received is not the product advertised. No way of contacting or returning product. A costly mistake.

Rubbish quality , Rubbish service , send you damaged or faulty goods of poor quality & refuse to refund ... poor customer service .. yuck

This company are a bunch of sharks they are selling bad quality stuff at quite high prices... abs smart is cheap and nasty, the neck firmer is plastic and cheap and the body shaper does nothing for you at all!! I went through PayPal to do s claim and they have agreed to refund me but I have to pay for the goods to go back which is not cheap!! Avoid this company you will be disappointed

Don't spend with this company, no follow up, no real customer service and no refunds. Delivery was promised within 6 weeks. 10 weeks later, numerous emails to the company and no product. I asked for a refund and got no reply. I've read elsewhere of customers not receiving the goods and the company blaming the post office and not refunding.

I would give them 0 if system allowed. Cheap overpriced low quality and no refund policy. Beware and save your money! This company is out for the ripoff!

I would not order from this site. I ordered back the beginning of September and I receive the article a couple of days ago. I ordered the size extra large and the size I received was like an extra small. When I bought this I was under the understanding that it was a US site not a cross country site. I check the sizing charts order the size I needed and guess what. My 9 year old neighbor just fits into it. Be aware when ordering from here.

I received my body shapers two weeks late. I ordered them to be here before Sept. 16. Did not happen. I sent them back with a letter explaining why I don’t need them, and that I want my $50 back. There were no return papers included. I sent them back with everything they sent me. We will see what happens. Don’t buy from this company!

The ad on FB was so tempting and their website looked okay nothing fancy! I bought an arm shaper at $20 on Sep13. Yep they sent you a shipment tracking after 3 days but info got filled only on Sep25. But after 4 weeks, on Oct10, the status is still ‘Pre-Shipment’. My take is that I will get a refund from Paypal eventually and can afford to lose $20. But I feel so pretty stupid in trusting an unknown seller in China.
Update:
One whole month after I purchased (which is 3 days after I posted a bad review) tracking on Oct13 suddenly showed my order had arrived US on Oct11.
Final update:
I at very long last received my purchase on Oct23. Product is fine. No complaint on the material or size or the packing.
Lesson learned:
-Small company in China charges a low price ($20) for a garment and a mere $5 for shipping. It says with shipping insurance, but don't believe that.
-It really took 6 weeks to arrive west coast of US
-Customer service does not exist. Probably language or time zone or simply not scaled to deal with international customers
-China Post and USPS combined "First Class" International (NOTE: not Priority Delivery) delivery smells unreliable with no timely tracking. For $5, it is naive to expect a "UPS" type of courier service. In my case, I didnot know when or if it was shipped and I was in complete darkness on when it would arrive. Even after it hit nearest coast to you, another 10 days to arrive your door step.
-No refund or return to be expected most likely. Shipper claimed they did ship and it was post office issue. (what about the shipping insurance the seller mentions?)

So, bottomline is go with Amazon for small items. If you buy sometime over $100, do expect to pay quality shipping service - 10% of purchase price will be ballpark. Otherwise, you are asking for a bummy ride and its associate stress/anxiety, disappointment, loss of sleep or waste of money. The lesson learned is that unless there are great reviews on the seller (99.x% satisfactory rating), don’t go near stranger like PrettySmarty!

Ordered on their website on the 30th August, still haven't received my goods on 9th October. Every time I emailed them they give detailed but obviously spurious shipping details. This company is clearly a fraudulent enterprise- do not use under any circumstances!
After endless emails and with the help of my bank I have got a full refund so don't give up. They will try to fib you off in the hope you will go away. DON'T! BETTER STILL, NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Company received my money Sept 15 and it still has not been shipped! (Oct 4) one item & they keep telling me to wait ... totally unreliable - take your money & thats it. Do not order from this company.

Sent part of an order and when I chased this up was told they sent right items. Calling me a liar! Shocking service shi* products. Do not use

I received an item today which was damaged. Didn't realise they don't accept returns or make refunds. Apparently I should have read the small print. Waiting to see if a) I get a replacement and b) it isn't damaged. Not impressed by this company at all.
