DON'T ORDER AS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEMS. First and last order. They were having a sale online and I saw an ad. Check out the website and made my first purchase of 21 items for $330. My order was suppose to come the day after I left for my Hawaii vacation on 9/29/2022. It didn't come and was finally delivered on I believed 10/1/2022. I returned home on 10/3/2022 and was confused by the small package. It weighed only 4lbs and was 1 of 1 package. There was no way it had 21 items inside. It only had 6 items with no invoice and they had the nerve to put complete on the order online. I emailed customer service and DM on Twitter. Got only a response on Twitter where they claimed all the items were scanned and sent to me. I sent pictures of the order and they had to give me a refund. They obviously aren't sending peoples order and are stealing but tell customers things were sent which was not. Avoid the unnecessary frustration by not purchasing from them.

I ordered a few items that totaled about $100. I unfortunately had never received my order and because I had never been through this I had no idea where to start. Ups could not help me much, the post office where my order was suppose to be delivered to advised me to reach out to PLT about the incident. Short story short, took a few hours to hear back but a PLT employee made the process of recovering my items easy and quick. Thanks Frances for all your help again! I was refunded for the items I ordered that were now out of stock and still given the ones available. I was absolutely pleased with their customer service. Thanks PLT!

I’ve made an order including 2 items for next day delivery. Unfortunately only 1 of the parcels were delivered. I had messaged them on Instagram and had Umar and Joseph helping me. Joseph helped me sort it out and had the missing parcel resent it on the fastest delivery method. I’m really happy with the way it was dealt and how fast it was. Thank you

Bad communication
Had an order that was way over $500 and I got notification the day before it was suppose to arrive that my order was canceled. Nothing explained and wouldn’t honor my original price. Won’t be ordering from them again.
