Website said free returns - turns out it doesn't work. UPS webpage asks for so many details and codes, it makes it far too complex and they're all essential. I emailed to ask for help and they never got back to me. Return date has passed. Useless. Won't be buying from them again.

Returning is only slightly more hassle than typical (you need to take paperwork with you), but this is provided in the package and all the information about this is available from the outset so no surprises. Aside from that, ordering was clear and quick, and customer services very helpful when needed (Cr).

DO NOT BUY online
The WORST customer service ever.
There is nothing on their site to say they charge for returns. it cost me over $100 to return the larger sizes.
You cannot process the return online, you have to telephone, no-one answers the phone, just a long recorded message which eventually just cut off.
Completely inept and should be reported. Wasted SO much time. Still have not received refund. I eventually got an email from their customer service department which was perfunctory.
I bought BROOKS shoes at the same time, return was a breeze online and refunded five minutes after I dropped off the package at the Post Office.
Brand reputation severely damaged.

Hello, on the last 3rd of November I bought 3 t-shirts from the Mizuno web site which I have not received yet. I have contacted the company but they say they can't find my order anywhere and claim I must have bought from a fraudulent site. My bank statement clearly shows a charge taken by Mizuno. Their customer service has been deplorable and they have been totally unhelpful in this case. I will never buy any other of their products and certainly will not recommend this brand to anyone. I feel very let down by them.
